I want to Kresge Eye Institute to get my eyes because I had a prior detached retina that was reattached and I needed paperwork to get my driver's license and they help me out did the exam filled out the paperwork and I was a walk in they did it quickly and professionally I was very impressed

This place isn’t professional at all from doctors to staff it better to look for somewhere else even if it’s lil far. I have red eye and pain for 3 weeks all they do is try different eye drop that doesn’t work and here I’m back I regret it that’s why I’m writing this and the big wait is a joke even if you have a appointment Have good day Best thing is pray to the creator rather than the creation

a receptionist should be taught well in regards of a positive attitude and good communication skills with others regardless of their skin color or race. this one receptionist at the kresge kids eye institute was not well trained to be at a front desk. asked a question and she answered it with a bad attitude and is nowhere to be a great example of a well professional staff. so rude! if you don’t like your job just leave it and stop giving off a bad image for yourself. it doesn’t cost a penny to show kindness but sadly people like her needs help.

In and out checking on these dry eyes. Appointment was at 1pm we were walking out at 2:30pm

No one can do their job and sign some damn papers it takes them weeks. The doctors have to go ask other doctors how to take care of their patients. Wouldn’t even go here if there was a closer institute.

Thank u Doctor for explaining ever step to good eye care. She is awesome. Can't forget her polite receptionist, warm atmosphere, very nice n professional.

Im highly impressed with the customer service. I was at the Main Campus on another matter & stopped in to inquiry if there may have been any appts available prior to mine. Faye, at front counter was very helpful. This woman not only checked, but was able to get me seen right away. Exam was great. Glasses ordered! Thanks Faye & HF OptimEyes! 👁️

The manager, Ms. Joyce always gives the warmest greetings. Ms. Linda gives the best customer care. The gentleman that assisted with the fitting of my new frames was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with the short visit on 10.13.2023. Gabby is also a great addition to the team. Always so pleasant , cheerful and ready to assist. Truly great staff at this location!
