Worst unprofessional service. Stupid and Arrogant staff. I asked for a replacement glasses and they told me I wasn't covered by my insurance. After I got my new Glasses at Henry Ford Optimeyes, they called me and told me to come and take my replacement glasses. Idiots.

I ordered a varilux lenses with crizal anti reflective and transmission and it seems like none of them as requested are placed on glasses

I've been a customer with my wife and 3 kids at this Dearborn location for more than 10 years and I just want to say what a great team and management. They were very helpful with any issue I have and solved Within acceptable time. I recently bought a Nike glasses with progressive lenses for my last prescription and noticed something is wrong so I checked in with or Osilvia and she handled the issue very professionally and took care of me very well with another eye exam and new set of glasses and it works great. I just want to say thank you for all your hard work you guys rock.

The girls here were amazing and so helpful. I loved the girl that pre-tested me she said she was the eyeglass manager and I seen her doing so much. The optician houda was great and made everything so easy to pay for. Lastly the receptionist was great as well.

Wendy helped me out with my transaction and did an amazing job at explaining the current discounts as well as assisting me choose frames that would best fit my face. She was super helpful and friendly. Thank you Wendy :)

Very friendly, super efficient staff. Modern tech gadgets, to measure pressure. The Dr is busy, yet friendly, very subtle. In relaying, oh another issue needs recheck. Very large choice of eye glass frames, also.

Dr. Kim evaluated my left eye and prescribed a regime for dry eye syndrome. He is kind and very knowledgeable. He will recommend further procedures if necessary.

I have been a patient at Eye Tukel Center for 6 years. However, I was only examined by Dr. Kim twice, I really believe in him because he is an excellent, devoted and kind Doctor, Furthermore, the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I and my family will choose Eye Turkey Center for our place and Doctor Kim as our doctor. Thank you, Doctor Kim and all staff.

Dr, Citro and his staff are very good at what they do, however the wait times can get a little long.
