Best service, professional people , no waiting time

Cindy really seemed to care about my eye health and how well I was taking care of my vision. She was very thorough and friendly, explaining each test she was doing and making sure that I felt comfortable. Cindy was not afraid to say her honest opinion about various vision products and which were worse than others. She was very considerate for the tight timeframe that I had.

Dr. Kim was very helpful, kind and demonstrated a good bedside manner. Dr. Kim is an amazing doctor. All the office staff are courteous and friendly! Great location and I would recommend this group to anyone needing eye care. They do it all! Highly recommended!

They sechudled my appointment at 10:20 am. I showed up signed in and was told to have a seat someone will call my name. 11:00 am no one calls my name I went to the front desk and was told what do you want to reschedule. No respect for others time in my opinion they only care about over scheduling and collecting the money.

They overcharged us and after 10 calls to the billing department and the office they still don’t adjust it. They had told us they will bill 115, but they charged $316. They basically look at patients as cash cows rather than human beings. The wait time is more than an hour.
