I have been going to Ophthalmologists for over forty years. Some good and some not so good. Recently I became a patient of Dr. Daniel Kozlow. This was the best experience I have ever had. Unlike being one of the many patients seen by other Ophthalmologists, from entering his office, everyone was friendly and attentive making you comfortable and at ease. Dr. Kozlow was on time, very thorough explaining and answering any and all questions. I have never had such a wonderful doctor. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit at Kozlow Eye Center. There is no one better to trust.

Dr. Kozlow is a GREAT physician! He was able to see me for an emergency same day, was extremely informative, and was incredibly nice - as well as the office staff! Highly recommend this clinic!

I visited dr kozlow with little hope of being able to see without glasses, every dr I had visited in my life gave me the impression that my eyesight was far too bad for lasic or any other options. But dr kozlow and his staff were quick to react and help me threw the situation. I just got my lens implant surgery and they made it as much of an enjoyable process as possible. I have almost perfect vision now. I was at -19 in both eyes before, now I’m at a +1.25, it’s literally life changing and the staff and facilities are professional and very kind as well. Thank you for all the help and care!

I was seeing flashes out of my left eye and went to see Drr Yu. I was seen at my appointment time promptly. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. My exam was extremely thorough and very much to my satisfaction. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for good quality Eye Care. I came to Dr. Yu under the direction of my own physician who is also a patient.. I can see why he goes to this doctor.

Dr Yu removed my cataracts. My vision is corrected by Symfomy lenses. I don't wear glasses!! He is calm and professional in the office and in the surgical setting. The "Quality Eye Care"office staff members are pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of Dr Yu for several years and have always received exceptional care. Recently I had to have cataract surgery. Dr Yu and his staff provided detailed information on the procedure including benefits and possible side effects, which relieved my anxiety. All my appointments were set up and eye drop prescription was called in. The procedure on both eyes went extremely well. Post Op the office staff called me to see how I was doing. I went from very blurry vision to clear vision. I do not need readers. I am very happy with the results. I thank Dr Yu and the office staff for the exceptional care. I strongly recommend Quality Eye Care.

Best patient experience

If I could leave less than 1 star I would!!!! Most disgusting disrespectful staff especially the girl in the front that barely can speak English her attitude is gross not a way you should be treating your patients. And honestly so called “dr.Hakim” Is no better than his staff this clinic is a joke honestly don’t waste your time.. there are plenty of better places out there! You guys should give Dr. Ali Nasrallah a try his clinic is in the same building he’s a 10/10 doctor and actually respects his patients.
