Dr. Hakim is the most professional and kind doctor that i’ve ever seen. The staff was very kind and accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

I had no problems with this place whatsoever. I got my lasik done in 2014, nine years ago and the best decision I could of ever made. I got the deal from a Groupon best $1500, I've ever spent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm going back to get another round. I've been in Kuwait for a 1.5 years and my vision is getting worse.

Great place to shop for sunglasses. Good customer service. Just a side note when you find the model you like, please google the price before you make a deal, sometimes you might get a better deal online.

Horrible the glasses are so cheap the temple's just fell off I told them I don't want you to fix them I only had them 4-5 weeks I want something else they wouldn't do it so they sent them out for repair only to return with Damm bubblegum colored temple's the original was brown so back to the shop they go stay away

wow! We just left and I couldn’t wait to write this review. Starting with the establishment, clean open and very welcoming. Dr. Wahab is hands down the best. I’ve had multiple exams in the past but i can’t say I’ve left with this amount of knowledge I gained today. Easy to talk with and you can tell he truly cares. Then you meet Jody, this beautiful easy going woman who will take her time while you try on glasses and give you an honest opinion. She was very patient as it took me over an hour to decide on frames. Overall great experience and this will be our optometrist moving forward! 10/10

Purchased an exam for $70 off of Groupon that included a $200 voucher towards frames. What the fine print doesn’t say is they charge you $175 for lenses. When I mentioned to the customer service rep that the $175 charge for lenses wasn’t in the fine print on Groupon, she didn’t know what I was talking about. Her response: “Groupon? What’s that? what’s the Groupon say?” What a joke of a customer service rep.

First time patient…took me within a day because I explained I needed to be seen. My appointment went smoothly. I received my contacts within a couple days. Professional and reliable. I will be back.

I have been with Midwestern for more than 10 years, they made the progressive eye glasses for me very well. They did very carefully measurement on my eyes, especially, thanks Karen.

Very rude front desk. They never requested the right paperwork. They do not do their job.

Two stars I absolutely love the eye physician himself , the fact that his staff is telling you they have a $20 charge just for them to add the PD to your prescription is absurd! Look for a new optical for next year.
