Great selection of eye glasses. Awesome and professional staff. Dr. Lutz actually spends time with you and explains exactly what he is doing and why. Then gives you detailed explanation. I thought my last eye doctor was good. After the Dr. Lutz experience, my last doctor is still good, But Dr. Lutz is awesome!!!!

I came here because I wear hard contact lenses and I thought I needed them polished. Dr. Lutz looked at me and decided I did not need them polished which is a service he could have made money off of. Instead he was honest and told me it was just allergies and even gave me a sample product. I would recommend him highly to anyone with tough contacts. Also the staff was very nice. Shout out to Kay who helped me get my insurance all figured out over the phone which made my check in process easier.

Clean office with a next door neighborhood feel. Spent 40min there all together. Scheduled an appt on the phone where they gathered my insurance info. After arriving, checking in, and filling out a short form, they took me back for pretesting and got me in the with doctor who explained things he did as he went. They had my trial contacts in stock, ordering an annual supply was easy. I wasn’t dilated but they offered retinal photographs. But you know, he never asked if anything was wrong or bothering me about my vision, I didn’t feel like I had a chance to share what I wanted to. It was a reliable and clean office, but I didn’t feel heard if that makes sense.

I was looking for contact lenses that wouldn’t get stuck to my eye. The optometrist gave me Alcon Precision 1 which apparently are the second hardest lenses to take out. I cannot get them out. I will need to go the ER ophthalmologist to get them out. Was this some sort of sick joke?

I have a complicated vision history. Dr. Redilla has been fantastic at listening, analyzing, and talking with me about what would be her best recommendation. She is the best optometrist I've ever had. BTW this is the optometry office inside the Costco on Airport Blvd. in Ann Arbor.

Had an eye surgery Couple years back now, and I’m Still having Severe issues due to surgery. also I wasn’t very numb On the first eye, It hurt so bad during surgery. Whatever they prescribed me for the dryness they say it takes 6 month to take effect and still didn’t help. I’m left with dry and sensitive eyes. They shouldn’t done the surgery knowing my eyes were dry originally but they said I should be ok and made me sign tons of papers to protect them but not me.

Dr. Hood is a very caring and necessary doctor. I would DEFINITELY recommend him for all of your vision needs.

I visited here recently and they DID NOT WIPE DOWN THE CHAIRS when guests got up. VERY DANGEROUS during coronavirus! I highly recommend BRINGING YOUR OWN WIPES and WIPING DOWN the chairs before you sit down.

Dr Johnson is the best optometrist I have known over more than three decades. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and helpful. This practice is well managed with a pleasant atmosphere. A major plus is that every exam includes retina imaging. With a lot of people having diabetes or insulin resistance, many problems can be caught and treated early.

My first time with these people and they were a delight! The ladies at the desk couldn't have been friendlier, the lady who did my tests was a dream, and there was absolutely no wait time before Dr. Johnson saw me. He was so kind, competent and thorough, even taking the time to show and explain to me the results of what I was seeing on the computer screen. Everyone listened to my concerns and answered my questions, and basically treated me like the Queen of Romania. We've found our new local eye care professionals!

Very easy to schedule and appointment- did it all through text. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything very well and clearly. First doctor after so many years to tell me I had minor astigmatism this whole time
