These women and Dr.J are absolutely amazing. I forgot her name but she helped me pick the best suited glasses for my face and my personality. I love them all!!! I am greatly appreciate these beautiful women

Entire staff was welcoming and the Doctor was very detailed in her exam and educated me on my eye health moving forward. April helped me pick the best frames for my face and within my budget. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

The staff is fabulous. They - like everyone else right now - are short staffed, yet the team multi-tasks while treating everyone in the showroom with full attention. I needed an adjustment to my prescription but had exceeded the allowable timeframe due illness. The manager accommodated my needs with kindness and respect. Wonderful place to get glasses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The representatives in the office were helpful and efficient. The Doctor is very thorough and compassionate. Didn't feel rushed at all.

Nice eye doctor and a very sweet lady named Allison helped me pick out my glasses. She was very helpful and she took time out to talk and make me feel comfortable about my experience.

The optical shop managed to break my glasses, then failed to notify me that they couldn't fill my prescription (the employee who said they'd emailed me lied about doing so). I had to call them to find out that my glasses were "ready." When I went in to pick them up, I found out that they weren't ready at all--they were broken.The optician I spoke with was apologetic but offered no solutions. I asked to have the manager call me. And he did!! First thing the next morning and followed up with an email and a very acceptable solution. Good work, Larry!!!

The staff at the Brighton Optical Shop are great! They take great care in adjusting glasses to fit properly. They even found a problem with how my glasses (which they did not make) were drilled. Some of the most skilled and helpful people in the industry. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Extremely difficult appointment scheduling / contact process for the Kellogg Eye Center Optical Shop. To be seen initially, you have to schedule an appointment out several months in advance. I even had the frames already and just needed to have the prescription filled and it took 2 months for an available appointment. After that initial appointment, it took 3 weeks for my glasses to be ready for pick up. Then I had to wait another 3 days for a scheduled pick-up appointment to be available. During my pick-up appointment, I noticed the prescription was off and my long distance vision was blurry. The optician told me to wear them for a week and see if my eyes simply "adjusted." Shockingly, my eyes have not adjusted and now I'm trying to schedule a re-working of the prescription and I'm looking at another week out to be seen. Also the secretarial staff rarely answers the phone during posted business hours so have fun leaving voicemails. Maybe I'll have a new pair of glasses that I can see with by 2022? Go to Costco and save yourself the headache.

The manager Denise was spectacular!!! She was able to pull our records over from another location. She assisted in the selection of our frames & she did all this while multitasking. She helped a lady that walked in with a cracked in the coating in her lens while updating our records. She helped several people that called all while still attending to our needs. She never once got irritated or frustrated with my indecisiveness, while assisting other patients. She even thanked me for being patient while she explained how shipping works for contacts. I'm not the type to leave reviews, but I really wanted to showcase the level of friendliness & professionalism displayed at this store. Denise & her team are AWESOME!!! I will definitely be returning for all my eye care needs (glasses & contacts) as long as Denise is there.

I went into Pearle Vision after completing my exam elsewhere and shopping for glasses at multiple places where I had mostly terrible experiences. When we walked into the store, someone said hello to us and let us shop which I loved! There was no pressure, I was able to take my time and try on all the frames I liked. Then we left because we had to wait until the next day to make the purchase. I came back the following day and was greeted warmly and helped within a reasonable amount of time even though there were other customers in the store. The manager, Denise, took great care of us and was so polite and professional. We were grateful for the explanation of my benefits and the cost and the discount match she gave us as it was better than the discount my insurance gave me. Overall great experience and I will continue to come here just because Denise takes pride in her store and her job and she is genuinely kind and helpful .

Extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. All staff members were very patient and nice. Excellent selection of frames with very straightforward and transparent pricing. Dr. Juang is wonderful! She was able to detect a possible issue early on and was very good about explaining everything in an approachable way. So happy to have found a new go to optometrist. Thank you again!
