Paris West Optical has the most impressive stock of eyeglasses and sunglasses. They have such a fun mixture of all types of styles, colors and brands. The eyeglasses/sunglasses are top quality! Jordan was great to deal with and he's so knowledgeable about "everything eyewear". His staff is also quite helpful too. I just bought 2 new pairs of glasses and they were ready for pickup sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend this store if you want quality eyewear, great customer service and a pleasant experience. Thanks Jordan for all your help!!

Paris West Optical is without a doubt, the best place that buy your glasses. For many years, I didn't really care about what my glasses looked like nor did I complain too much about the generic, free glasses my insurance got me. After accidentally sitting on an older paid of glasses and an increase in me caring about my appearance, I decided wanted to get something more unique and formal. Due to the 2020 lockdowns, I soon I found myself trying to figure out my face shape with YouTube videos, a bathroom mirror, and a dry erase board marker. Also tried some photoshop editing and digital overlays with the goal of seeing what frames would look good on me, but I didn't feel like I was getting what I wanted. That is where Paris West comes to the rescue. The appointment setup was a quick/easy phone call. When the day came, I was greeted by the entire team and surrounded by what looked like over 1000 glasses. Soon a man named Jordan (the owner) kindly introduced himself to me and I asked him for one the simple request; help me find 1 or 2 pairs of glasses that look good on me. With a big smile on his face he asked me to take a seat, adjust the viewing mirror, and started bringing me glasses to try on. I believe that we spent well over an hour trying on over 50 pairs of glasses! Throughout this processes I constantly asked for Jordans opinion and he was able to clearly explain what he was looking for when it came to frames (too wide, going over eyebrows, etc). When I found a pair that we both liked, I kept it off to the side and used that as my "comparison frame". I never felt rushed nor like I was taking up too much time. Looking back on it, this was truly a 1-on-1 session with a eyewear design expert. To showcase Jordan keen "eye" (pun intended) from his decades of experience, the 2nd pair of frames he gave me beat out all the others! This was the exact experience that I was looking for. Took a little over 2 weeks to put my lenses into the frames and pickup day they made sure everything fit correctly and even helped me fill out my insurance claim. The glasses are amazing and yes, I ended up buying 2 different pairs!! Jordan, Jason, and his entire team are professionals and experienced to the highest degree. TL;DR This is a fantastic team and I can't recommend them enough. Keep being awesome!

Second eye being scheduled for cataract surgery. First one was easy, painless and fantastic results. Only reason d I didn't get a five (5) * was I was there from 1:10 until 3:58 on this date. Yes I had Apt for 1:30.

I have been going to Omni for years. Yesterday, I was dealing with a style/eyelid infection which had become very swollen and painful. When I called, I was told to come right in. They fit me in with Dr. Park. She is amazing. She prescribed just the right medicine to provide me with some relief. I’ve been very pleased with Omni at the Rosedale office.

My best friend had bad experience with him. He kept her on cheap avastin injections when a second jh consult said it wasnt helping and go to eyelea. Also at this time tech must of left betadine in her eye and terrible pain that evening. Covered up in chart saying not the truth .

Dr Gehlbach is the best. He repaired my detached retina about 13 years ago and I go back for yearly check up. Had a tear in the other retina that they repaired with the laser. … More

Excellent array of frames with knowledgeable staff who listen and do not push extras. Jasmin really listened to me about what I like in glasses. (After 6 decades of wearing I have opinions.) She explained what had changed in progressive lens over the years and why the current lens might work for me. I'm loving them, in a frame that works with my face and style. As I said, I have opinions on eyeglasses and thus definitely one of the best fittings and overall experience I've ever had. And you can't tell that these glasses would be Coke bottles or are progressive - I love them!

The staff here were super nice. My glass frame was a bit deformed and I was finding affordable place to get my glasses repaired. When I looked up on the internet, I saw this place had great comments, so I came to visit. The staff did the minor repair totally for free, and she made multiple adjustments to it. She even welcomed me to visit again if I have any other problems. Must recommend!
