I want to express my appreciation for the front desk staff, and for the business itself. The practice makes the efforts to have someone to take your call. This is so important. The other ophthalmology places ,all you get is the VM, and they return your call when you are at work or unable to take the call.

Over the past two years, I've replaced two pairs of lenses, adjusted my frames, and purchased a new frame. Dr. Carolann Speranzo (and her pup) is always a pleasure to see. She is patient and genuine -- she answers my questions about eyeglass technology very thoroughly and I never feel rushed/pressured with my decision making. Coming to this cozy office makes the experience much more personable and enjoyable. It was a plus to have Dr. Carolann pick out a few frames for me. I've had the same 2 frames for the past 5 years because I absolutely hate shopping and trying on more frames. She knew my style, suggested 5-6 to choose from, made the whole experience much smoother! The last visit was during COVID. Hand sanitizer available. All glasses are wiped down after each touch.

I called Second Sight yesterday at 4:50pm asking when they closed. The woman said, "5pm, but what do you need?" I needed my rx sunglasses fixed (they'd lost a screw). She told me to come on in and she would wait for me. When I arrived at 5:10pm, she spent 10-15 mins fixing them, and cleaning them, and chatting with me. When she was finished...SHE WOULD NOT TAKE A PENNY!! Her name was Carol, she was the owner. So...she not only stays open just for my small repair job, but she does it for free. She clearly wants to help people more than make a few bucks. I will remember this place and always refer anyone I can if they need any glasses or repair. AMAZING SHOP and OWNER !!

Doc👍Woman that runs it👎 This was different, very polite and very thorough.That's for the "Doctor". As far as the women running not so much,she wasn't very keen on people coming in that are on mass health which I am. When I told her how happy I was with the service and said I was going to post it like this I said would you like to see what I'm going to post and she said yes and I said in the post that they would soon be having MassHealth which is what they said and she redacted it to what was here before so there you go. When my classes broke she told me "Well there not a very expensive pair" and wouldn't fix them. Well lady I'm frigin poor and $150.00 is a lot too me. So now I see the world through glued together glasses,lol It's too bad because I liked the Dr a lot,she alone might worth the vist,but I'll pass thank you.

Eye exam and eyeglasses services are great. Doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful. I just need to wait an extra 3 days for my appointments. Recommend this place for the eye care services.

Dr. Jian performed immediate emergency vitrectomy surgery on me in September 2020, when my (extraordinary) retinal specialist had scheduling issues. Dr. Jian stepped in and did a fabulous job, by all accounts. I can see again. His professionalism and skills are superb. That is all one should need to know about Dr. Jian!!

Dr Jian is a very knowledgeable man and took very good care of my dad. Dr Jian prevented my dad from going blind in his later years. God bless you for that Dr Jian❤️

We had a positive experience purchasing two pairs of glasses for our daughter. They offered us some good deals, and the sales lady was very kind and helpful. However, I'm deducting a star due to the rude behavior of the lady at the front desk. She didn’t make eye contact with us while speaking and used the briefest sentences possible to respond.
