The ease and convenience of finding a location, booking the appointment and being seen in a timely manner was solidified a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and explained everything well. The doctor was thorough. I was able to try on diverse eyewear and order the ones I like. Highly recommend!

This was my first time since I was little being here and it does live up to the expectations. Even though I made an appointment online and when I came in and they said I was not on their schedule they were able to squeeze me in. The doctor was super kind and took her time getting to know my eyes and the reason for my visit. When I was finished they helped me get my glasses all set up and sent me home with all the information I would need even if I didn’t even wanted to get glasses with them. Very considerate and I would definitely go back!!

The staff is just so kind and happy people to be around. They helped us out so much when my Son was having insurance issues and even though they are booking a month out, I let them know of my Son's brain cancer and his emergency need for new glasses, they moved mountains to get him in within 4 days. My Son really liked the doctor and felt she was so kind and thorough. We are very happy we found our new eye facility ❤️❤️❤️

I love Pearl Vision! Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor’s, great location… so close to home which is very convenient. Joined Pearl in 2020 and it was the BEST decision I could’ve made! Dr. Kara’s is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Thanks Pearl Vision!!!!

This office has a very wide selection of brand name glasses to choose from. The doctor and staff are super nice and professional. Would come again. It also has a large parking lot so very convenient!

Very professional and friendly service, Lifetime Vision is a great optometry service in Quincy, with a clean office, comfortable surroundings, and good prices. The assistants are quick and easygoing, so the routine pre-exams are handled easily. The doctors are experienced and cordial, so they relate any information about diagnoses in a way that is easy to grasp but also comprehensive.

Frustrating experience. I arrived at 11:25 for an 11:30 appointment. A woman walked in a few minutes later announcing she was early with a 12 o’clock appointment. I turned in my paperwork a few moments after this woman but we both sat there waiting once we turned it in. They then took this woman in before me for the first part of the exam. Then we both were back in the waiting area again to await the doctor. They once again took this other woman first and I had to wait for her appointment to be completed. She left before I was even taken in. This was my second try at this place as the first time they called to reschedule less than an hour before my original appointment was scheduled. The people there were very nice but I value my time and they clearly do not.

So glad I found LifeTime Vision!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I went in for an eye exam, contact lens fitting and purchased contacts & new glasses/lenses. Bonus: I had been going into Mass Eye & Ear for some issues with my eyes (retina) that I can now go to LifeTime Vision for! The Dr was so informative and showed me the images of my retina and really explained why I have the issues I do. I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff! This is a place that truly cares about their patients.
