I’m leaving a 5 star review for OB who works in sales. He was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I recommend bringing a prescription to him any day. What a pleasure. He advised me of my options, explained the options, and then advised of turnaround times. Perfect. On the flip side was the eye doctor, who I believe is named Dr Kass. She has an uncanny ability of making you feel like you just interrupted her dinner. I found her to be short, lacking of emotional intelligence and patience was not her strong suit. This was my first time being treated for my eyes at Pearle Vision in Quincy. It’ll also be my last. Customer service does matters.

This location has the best staff. They are so knowledgeable about the glasses they carry. They don’t just let you pick a frame and go with it. They work with you to ensure you leave with frames that not only fit perfectly, but that work the best with your prescription. I can’t say enough about them. Bridget is who my daughter runs to whenever it comes time for new frames, but everyone there is great. ❤️

Have been a customer here for the past 20 years. The service is exceptional. Everyone goes above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for purchases, shipping items to my now college age children, and also always ensuring that we leave with a positive experience. Will continue to be a long standing customer and recommend to all!

I called because I was having an eye emergency and the the earliest they could see me was over two months away, no advice as to whether or not to go to ER. Turns out I was having a retinal vein occlusion and was able to get a next day appointment with another MD at another clinic. My wife has had good service here but I would not recommend this office to anyone. Long wait times on the phone, etc..

Absolute worst. The appointment ran well over a half hour late and not a single admin person bothered to come out and tell anyone what was going on and no one we asked had any information to share It's clear they book 19-15 patients for a single time slot. Greedy and uncaring. Period

Arrived on time for my 2PM routine eye exam. Checked in paid my $25 co-pay. Very pleasant staff. After I sat down I heard elderly people complain about the wait and the order in which people were seen. Seems they had 6 patients before me still waiting to be seen at 2pm. This is absolutely unacceptable they are overbooking and the majority of people in there are elderly, uncomfortable, using walkers and wheelchairs waiting hours to be seen sitting. The doctor or doctors in charge need to stop overbooking or add additional doctors to the staff. I had to leave and return to work. I felt really bad the patients waiting to be seen. Like us all we have elderly parents and this type of practice is unacceptable to me. 🙏

Absolutely avoid - this office is a just a cash grab. They billed $1400 for a consultation that lasted less than 15 minutes - spent longer in the waiting room! At that rate they make lawyers look like an absolute bargain... How can ANY procedure cost $1400 a 1/4 hour - let alone what was just an initial "consultation"? Should have read the Google reviews before making an appointment. There's a reason they're only 3 stars. Called my insurance a reported them.

Excellent care, had a sinus surgery which went well. I go once a year for follow up and hearing and always receive good care. The doctors are very thorough.

Dr. Paul Konowitz recently treated my adult daughter surgically for injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The entire process could not have gone better. The visits leading up to the procedure, the recovery, and most importantly the results exceeded both my daughter’s and my expectations. I highly recommend and thank Dr. Konowitz for his excellent service.

Dr. Huang was so kind to my son and I. It was super quick and thorough! Both receptionists were really nice too. I had a great experience this Sunday morning! You all have a great team. Thanks so much!

I was told about this location After a bad experience in the Randolph location it would have been in my best interest to ask which Dr I should schedule with. I book these appointments to use my benefits to get new prescription glasses, and I was able to accomplish this. My issue is with Kattherine Coffey. She stood in the hallway with her assistant discussing why I was there because she wouldn’t be getting into anything medical like “the young do Dr”. (Due to a disclosed diagnosis) I should have left immediately she’s an Optometrist you can only do two things for me. When she entered I did tell her “I just needed a new prescription,I regularly see an ophthalmologist”. Kattherine You should know by now that you should not be in the Hallway loudly discussing a patient before you enter the room, I have never had such a weird interaction for a simple eye appointment . Things to remember:If you are unable to pronounce a name use the last name or ask. All professionalism’s in this women body has left. If you’re gonna book here just book with someone else she’s available for a reason and I’m sure you don’t want to find out.
