Denise is the best! She is doing a very good job to answering questions, helping with frames and schedule appointments.She always go extra miles to make sure we are satisfied.

These folks are the bees knees! Of course they may be booked out but EVERYONE is struggling to keep up after the economic closures - times were tough. Practice some patience and you’ll receive the friendliest, and most experienced care around. Thanks for keeping me honest!

I give 3 stars to all staff and to Dr James Kim. He had a poor attitude with the my wife If you're in a bad mood just stay home and look for something else to do. Update June 20th ( he did apology in person for his attitude, he said he was having a bad day).

Been going to Mass eye for years. I see Dr Kim or Dr Yi. Both are phenomenal and very kind but also great surgeons as well. Not big talkers but great at what they do. Reception is nice and check in can be done by scanning qr code with cell phone. Bookings are done many months out.

Appointments were timed well, I hardly had a wait. Dr Kong was helpful, professional and friendly. Check out was easy, too. Had a good visit all around. I recommend this office for eye care. The office does have a lot of patients, so be prepared to make your appointment well in advance of when you think you will need it.

The office staff is organized and really friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about the Chelmsford office. I waited only a couple of minutes before I was called in for my appointment. Dr. Hamill is great. Honestly everyone was awesome I wish I could remember everyone's name. I recommend this office highly.

David has been helping me with all my contact needs for 20 years. He even ships them to me since I’ve moved out of Lowell. Great and dependable service. I could never go anywhere else! Thank you David for all you do!
