I called a month ago to set up an appointment that was supposed to be today, when I called for confirmation on the same day of my appointment I was surprised that my appointment was cancelled. They don't take my insurance. It's really really really ridiculous. Now I understand why people get their consultations over the seas. No efficiency.

Dr. Ruffini is very professional, takes his time to listen to patients and explain things.

The Drs are awesome, but the customer service of the staff is awful. Went to an appointment that was supposed to be at 10:45 for us to get there on time and they told us that the appointment was at 9:45 when I had already confirmed 10:45 previously. Then when we got there we realized that we needed a mask to enter so we kindly asked the receptionist for one and she said that they did not have any which is super weird for an office. Walmart employees have extra masks but the Drs office doesn't ? Anyways then we rescheduled our appointment only to be told, "and when you come in here next time you have to bring a mask".... obviously... is that not what I asked for as soon as I walked in ? So rude for no reason and the tone she has made it worse. Definitely looking for a new specialist.

No sign of Dr. Ferrari anywhere and the ladies running the place are rude, spiteful, bitter, and resentful. It was like pulling teeth to get my glasses adjusted properly and I was made to feel like I was worthless and that as long as the glasses are good enough it's fine. Miserable people who have no business handling such a delicate matter that affects our daily lives for years to come.

Our family of five has been going here for well over a decade they are fantastic. We've never had an issue and they are very helpful and considerate. The doctors are great and Janet at the front desk is so wonderful.

Great experience, easy to get in for an appointment and Janice was very helpful picking out glasses. Saw a women doctor and she was very thorough.

I am new to the area and needed an eye doctor for me and my 8 yr old daughter. The initial call was easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The visit itself was delightful. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was amazing - very good for my daughter - straight forward, kind and effortless with children. Easy for me as well. Answered questions directly and got me what I needed.

Great experience at Chadds Ford Eye Associates. The testing was thorough and staff was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The exam, frames, and lenses were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr Luckey is an excellent optometrist, she goes above and beyond and takes excellent care of her patients. And Jen and Kathleen are so kind and friendly, always welcoming when you arrive. I would highly recommend this practice.
