Dr. Srinivasan saved my life by diagnosing my stroke, getting me treatment on time that other eye doctor missed. You don't want anyone else checking your eyes except her! She has a good heart and treats you with kindness. God bless.

First visit to Mass retina eye specialists. Doctor Sharmila and her staff were very kind and attentive. I received detailed explanation of my condition and what they were doing step by step. Loved my visit.

The doctor was very nice and professional. She was great at her job. The staff at the welcome desk were deceptive not tell me my insurance is out of network. I plan filing a complaint with the Attorney General‘s office.

Everyone there was terrific. My eye doctor Monica was knowledgeable and comforting. Will make this store my new home for eye care

Wouldn’t recommend. Money hungry and does not have your best interest at heart. Will do whatever they have to do to get u to buy their most expensive products. Has no respect for their employees and makes racial comments behind customers backs

A great practice and a great staff. I felt comfortable there immediately. Run efficiently and everyone is dedicated to getting the details correct. I had cataracts removed from both eyes (different times) and the results are like a miracle. Dr. Joseph Levy is a superstar Doctor. His focus and attention to details are extraordinary. I have been Dr. Beade’s patient for the past several years. I had reached the end of my ability to correct my vision with stronger prescriptions…and Dr. Beade patiently explained that I now had cataracts that were causing the light coming in to spread light rather than focus it on the retina. Everything was unfocused and colors were muted. He walked me through the surgical steps and after-care (patiently answering my many questions). I had both eyes done over a summer (no pain, slight discomfort) and I can barely find words to describe my new vision. People and objects are clear and sharply defined, colors are vivid, and I can say Dr. Beade’s surgery was one of the best experiences and outcomes I’ve ever had. I can see my grandsons in their bright T-shirts and cannot wait for fall foliage. Highly recommend.

Everyone is so nice. Dr Bead has a lighthearted humor that made me feel so comfortable. The best (as they say) bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. He also explained everything to me in a language that I understood. I would highly recommend him if you are having eye issues..

Dr. Lee was extremely efficient, explained what she was doing and was as a great listener. I highly recommend her and Mass Eye and Ear Ophthalmology at Mass General.

Dr. Grace Lee is an amazing physician. I’ve seen multiple doctors over 11 years for a chronic issue and finally I felt heard. She clearly listens, she’s thoughtful, personable, considerate and open minded - and obviously extremely knowledgeable. A top-notch physician that I would highly recommend
