Everyone as so nice and accommodating! I came on the wrong day and they still were able to squeeze me in! Picking out new glasses was so easy and I even got to leave with them the same day. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I went with my daughter to select glasses. Kelley worked with us, and he was absolutely amazing! He was very patient and courteous. He knew exactly which frames suited my daughters face. His taste is very particular, but he pays so much attention to detail. Buying glasses can be so tedious when it comes to selecting the frames. I would definitely visit the store again, knowing he would be there to assist.

My frames broke in the weirdest way possible and I don't live in MA so I went to this visionworks. Jules was amazing, the first pair of frames she picked out I loved and fit my lenses perfectly! She even adjusted them once and they fit perfect. Good eye girl, she is the sweetest and deserved some recognition for her great help. Thank you to all the nice employees there as well :)

I will not be going back here. I received my last pair of glasses and within a year, the lenses were delaminating, and I should also mention this was after I had a malfunction with the frames too. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager with glasses in hand and clearly the lenses were visibly defective, the manager lady said there was nothing that could be done. Had she looked into it just a little bit, she would've found that my insurance covers lenses once every year and frames every 2 years. I was taken back by the lack of care for satisfaction of a repeat customer and the manager came off as she could care less. For these reasons I am choosing a different venue

To the owner of Brockton Visionworks: A few weeks ago I posted a negative review of your place. I was not too happy with 2 recent experiences with your customer service people. I have to be fair and tell you about this experience today. I finally picked up my new pair of glasses. It took less than 5 minutes. The young lady at the desk was very prompt, professional, and thorough in her duties. I am 100% satisfied with this experience and of course my new glasses. I have deleted my previous post. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will be returning!

The visit was fine. They don't really have alot of good frames tbh. Their customer service is really bad though. I called them beforehand to check when my appointment was, they were confused and said I wasn't showing up in their system. They put me on hold for 40 minutes because "I'm gonna check with someone else about it". Then after the 40 minutes on hold, they ended the call without telling me a single word. That was extremely rude on their side tbh. But overall it was fine.

Girl who made appointment was in a rush mumbled a mile a minute repeating and talking like a robot. No compassion. Claire I think she said.

It was such a great experience! My technician was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I was nervous about getting contacts and everyone I talked to was such a huge help! Even picking out a pair of glasses, they help me pick out the best frames for my face and I could not thank everyone enough for all their help. I’d love to get more eye exams so I could go back more often!

They were all great and they helped my daughter pick out her glasses. This is our second time coming here and we are very pleased.

All the staff I saw (receptionist, person doing the eye exam, person helping me pick my glasses) were super nice and I'm really glad I got to have my appointment with them!

Check in was smooth and the physician assistant is efficient, compassionate, and explains the process very Well. Time with Doctor was efficient and all questions were anwsered in detail. Short wait time.
