If you enjoy 3-month wait times for your child's results, numerous calls and portal messages going unanswered, and a doctor who provides absolutely no help - then this is the place for you! Otherwise, go literally anywhere else for your child's vision needs.

Hire better receptionists. Kinda sad that a secretary would be so rude over the phone.... but can’t expect much in Mass..

I made an appointment with Dr. Frank, hoping to be fitted with Ortho-K contacts. Unfortunately for me I was not a good candidate, BUT I would have never discovered Dr. Frank had I not researched Ortho-K, and this would have been a tragedy (yes, really). I won't write a lengthy review detailing my experience, as most people won't read it and will miss out on my reason for recommending Dr. Frank. Simply put, he is extraordinary in every regard. My appointment never felt rushed and started on time. He patiently answered all my questions and went over MY situation very thoroughly, with some humor sprinkled in. He has my full confidence for not only my own eye health, but my family's as well. My spouse and I came away amazed that people like Dr. Frank still exist, and feel fortunate that we stumbled upon him. Bravo!

I enjoyed my visit with Dr Frank very much. He was friendly and efficient. I usually never go back to the same eye doctor because they tend to be pushy and rude. However, I will continue to see Dr Frank as long as I can because I've finally found a good match for me. Additionally the location was convenient and the staff was kind and organized.

Dr. Frank and his staff were wonderful to work with. Dr. Frank has top notch diagnostic equipment and he is very considerate and takes his time doing an examination and explaining his findings. I highly recommend his practice for your eye health needs.

As botanist, I would say Dr. Helen Wu is like a rare flower in a mystical garden. Her lovely and generous spirit is immediately apparent, as is that of her helpful and knowing assistants. Like a good witch, she dispenses her magic with evolutionary knowledge & expertise. With one look at those shade-throwers … cataracts, she knows exactly what to do to help her fellow garden citizens .. and Voila! With one wave of her wand, we can now see our way back home. And now once again, we can view our lush green world with all its perennial surprise and joys divine. Thank you, Dr. Wu.

As a film maker who needs to be able to focus perfectly, I was aware that my eyes weren't making it anymore. I knew I had cataracts, and had been seen by a local eye surgeon some time ago. I did not feel he was the right person - I was thrown off by his lack of eye contact. I did some research and found Dr. Wu coming highly recommended for cataract surgery. From the moment I made my first appt at NEEC to today, I have had perfect, professional care. When Dr. Wu asked me whether my distance vision was more or less important than my close up vision, I had to say I needed perfect vision for all distances. I was super impressed by the number of eye exams before and after surgery, and the personal attention and care I got with each. Dr. Wu recommended the Panopotix trifocal lens, and Care Credit to pay for this premium lens. I now have PERFECT vision at all distances with my astigmatism a thing of the past. Since the surgery was to occur during COVID< I asked for, and got, an appointment at the surgical site first patient, and was in a room with no more than 5 patients, I had asked for and gotten all personnel who would be near me to wear double masks, and felt safe throughout. I can honestly say that Dr Wu and the NEEC went above and beyond to meet my personal and medical needs.

The New England Eye Center has been such a good experience for me. As a health care worker, I really had nothing to complain about. Dr.Wu is wonderful, she takes as much time as needed to make you feel good about your decisions. The staff are very professional and caring when performing exams. The Coordinator, Christine McMahon was also so professional and helpful.
