Superb experience! Shawn was very helpful in answering all of my questions and was fast/efficient at adjusting my frames to better fit my head. The difference was night and day and done in such a short amount of time on 2 pairs of glasses I had. Top quality and personable service. Highly recommended!

Whilst vacationing in Boston from the UK, the arm came off my spectacles. The gentleman who works here fixed them within minutes and graciously to no cost. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

The entire staff are friendly and helpful...except the most important person in your visit, the doctor. I hope she just had a bad day and your visit won't be as terrible as mine. She was rude, talks to you like your an expert in the field and rolls her eyes when you ask questions about your own eyes' health. To be fair, she was welcoming when I first encountered her, but after a few moments, when she started the decade old exams, she got frustrated of my answers. She reminds me of professors whom they expect from you to know the subject they're supposed to be teaching. Good luck

Dr. Yu Su was professional, attentive and thorough. It was my first eye exam and she made me feel at ease. She also imparted information specific to me in terms that were easy for me to understand.

I came in for an exam and to purchase a new pair of glasses. My exam with Liz went great and she was very pleasant. I was also helped by two women at the front, one while I was checking in and another who helped me pick out glasses. Both of them were incredibly nice and walked me through everything in a ton of detail. I can't recall either of their names but my visit went very smoothly despite the fact that they were extremely busy. They could probably use another set of hands, though!

Everyone is super friendly and supportive. Liz is so professional and patient and adjusted my prescription according to my feedback to get the best results for me. Highly recommend the staff here!

This was one of the best eye exams I’ve had in years. I left feeling better about my strained eyes, and the Dr was so patient even though traffic made me 15min late. She even helped me figure out why my eyes are strained and helped with new half strength computer glasses to use instead of my full strength prescription when I am working. Life changing

I recently had an eye exam for my contacts and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, and the optometrist was thorough and attentive. The entire process was efficient, and they took the time to explain each step. I left feeling confident in my prescription and grateful for the excellent service. Dr. Mathias was wonderful. She took her time explaining everything to me and was incredibly thorough and kind. I would absolutely recommend her!
