Went to an appointment at the end of October and ordered contacts. Went by 12/8 and it appears totally closed. Unbelievable I’d order $1k in contacts and wouldn’t be notified they closed. Filing a report.

Any idea what's going on with this place? Last month it was closed for renovations. It's now empty and the phone number has been disconnected. I just want to pick up my glasses!! Not very good customer service!!

Amazing staff! In a post-Covid world where everyone is tired, it was a breath of fresh air to speak with Sylvester on the phone. He was super helpful and accommodating with looking up my insurance info, scheduling appointments and getting everything set up in person before I saw the doc.
Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained contact lens options, benefits and drawbacks regarding monthly’s vs. dailies. Also answered any questions I had. I did not feel rushed through my appointment and it felt like everyone at this office genuinely cared about helping their clients/patients have the best experience.
Convenient downtown location too. Would highly recommend!

I made an appointment with Dr Brenner on the recommendation of my primary care physician. Before doing so I studied reviews of him and the Boston Eye Group and saw many positive write-ups. I can now say that I, too, found the office in Medford and Dr Brenner to be one of the best medical office visits I have ever experienced. They are friendly, efficient, competent and professional. If I could give it MORE than 5-stars, I would!

Do not go if you have VSP! The front desk person told I'm covered under VSP but they charged me $500 for an annual eye exam. … More

Dr. Nangle and Technician Emily helped us. Both were nice and friendly. We didn’t wait for long we were there early in the morning.

I have gone to Envision for 5 years now and every time is flawless. I have seen both doctors and they are so helpful. They are very professional, thorough, and ready to answer any questions. I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes. My prescription was in my email before I walked out the door. They have also helped me begin a process of removing a lesion by my eye. I had no idea where to start for that and they sent me to exactly where I needed to go. Cannot recommend enough!

Dr. Garlich and her whole staff are wonderful practitioners. They genuinely care about patients and are always on top of new ideas/treatments to improve eye care. They go beyond just glasses and contacts to help with everything from dry eye symptoms, seasonal allergies and more. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Garlich for a few years now. I highly recommend her. She is thorough and takes time to explain results and recommendations from the exam. The staff at Envision is also friendly and helpful.

Dr Schwartz and the team he works with were beyond excellent, explaining fully and clearly the various options, explaining in advance everything that would be happening before, during and after surgery. They did a very thorough eye exam in preparation. During the surgery prep and the surgery itself, all of the staff were kind and caring, helpfully explaining what they were doing as they went along. The procedure itself was completely painless, as was the recovery period.
And the results were stunning. Before eye surgery, vision without glasses was worse than 20/200 in one eye, with severe astigmatism. Other eye was 20/70. Distance vision is now 20/20! And I hadn’t realized that when you renew the eyes, it renews the world: over time the lenses age and become amber-tinted. New lenses are clear. So the whole world is more entrancingly beautiful, from the clouds and sky down to the leaves on the ground sparkling with sun. Everything, EVERYTHING is just lighter and brighter, more colorful. I am walking in this beautiful world without glasses for the first time since I was 8 years old. I am enthralled. And very very grateful.
