The eye dr there is great, and the staff on the Vision4Less side seemed friendly. I was in there with my mom to buy frames for myself and her taste in frames is VERY different from mine, but they were very accommodating and took the time to help me find something I liked, even though it took awhile. The only negative thing I can say is they use to have a larger selection of designer frames, my favorite pair of glasses was a smoke colored Gucci frame that I purchased in 2018, but they no longer carry Gucci and the brands they did have didn't have a large selection. I ended up getting a pair of tortoise Burberry frames and a pair of black Dolce & Gabbana, both are very cute round frames, and they even arrived a week earlier than expected. Overall, it was a good shopping experience and the reason I always purchase my frames from there.

Walked in was met with great customer service immediately. Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and my prescription. This is my first time having to wear glasses. Being I was self pay I appreciate the helpful new customer coupon, and was able to get 2 great designer pair for a great price. Both were ready in a little under an hour. Received a quick progression text of order then next thing I know. I was picking them up same day.

I had cataract surgery here, I can't thank the Doctors, Nurses & Staff Enough. I know !!! that everyone at Lusk worked Very hard !!!! to help me have the best vision I can possibly have . The cataracts were affecting my night driving.. . Lusk removed the cataracts plus help me achieve better vision than I ever thought possible. I will no longer need glasses or contacts . TO EVERYONE AT LUSK ... THANK YOU !!!!!

I would like to thank Dr. Wyche Coleman and WK Eye Institute for giving me back the eye sight I had in my 20's. The correction of my cataracts with the Light Adjustable Lens has eliminated the use of glasses from full time to very seldom with small print. The surgery was fast and efficient and I was in great hands with Dr Coleman and his very capable staff. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this surgery. I am forever grateful.

Apparently the office was running behind schedule with no concern to inform anyone of an approximate time frame that they would be seen. It always appears that the patient is encouraged to come at least 30 minutes b4 the scheduled appointment only to sit and wait and wait and wait. Twice this past week at our appointment time the staff was running at least an hour behind schedule. No one bothers to consider the patients time they have to wait. Just a little curtesy to let us know they are running behind would be appreciated.

Oh my goodness, it was a wonderful experience. The office help, treated us like family. So kind & helpful. It was a pleasure. I was real nervous & had a lot of questions. They were very professional, about all my questions. Dr. Shelby what amazing guy. He went through every possible option and we agreed on what was best for me. You can’t get any better than that.

From calling to make my appointment to the visit the receptionist ladies in the front are very welcoming and very nice I love that off the jump. And the text reminders about the appointment or definitely handy for me cuz I forgot about my appointment until night when I got my reminder message. When I got in the back and seen the doctor he did amazing and I love his sense of humor I could definitely keep going here keep up the great work you guys y'all are doing wonderful

I LOVE Eye Central!! ALL of the employees, starting from the front desk, all the way to the employees in the contacts & glasses departments are always SO nice. They always make my appointments so easy & fast! I never have any questions because they always explain the process of everything we are doing. Eye Central will forever be my go to place for any of my eye care needs.

Been going there for years. Always prompt and friendly. Dr Larson is great. Professional and concerned In optical area I have high regards for Barbara and Jennifer. Bobby in dispensing is spot on. And over the years he has always gotten my lens right and after 70 plus years experience that is a big plus.
