I made an appointment for two.Upon arrival only one was in the system. However, they were able to get us both in with s much longer wait time. They refused to give me my PD. They do not take insurance. I ordered my glasses and my prescription is wrong.I will not return.

I had a great first experience with Dr Van Norman and his staff. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Dr. VanNorman took the time to explain my condition in a way I could understand. I will definitely recommend every one I know to him and will definitely be returning.

Great, friendly staff, and comprehensive service! I was a bit disappointed to have to wait so long to be seen (arrived early for a 7:30am appointment and wasnt called back until 8:10 to begin the appointment), but overall, it is a lovely facility with personable and attentive staff, and I would definitely come back for continued care!

I went in for Lasik. I was a little scared, but I was willing to do it because I’m tired of wearing glasses and contacts. Dr. Van Norman made the whole experience less stressful. He walked me through every step of what was going to happen in the procedure, as well as telling me during; to make me feel less tense. It was the best thing I’ve ever done, I felt no pain whatsoever and the recovery was really easy. Now I see 20/20. He really made this experience a great one. I had no regrets.

Doctor was very thorough and gave good suggestions on how to take better care of my eyes and eye sight.

I have been a glaucoma patient of Dr. Ayyala at the USF Eye Institute in Tampa, Fl for several years now. I came to him with severe glaucoma and was rapidly losing my sight. He performed a trabeculectomy on both eyes because drops were not helping. Since the initial surgeries I have had a list of problems that most doctors would give up on. Not so with Dr. Ayyala. He constantly reassures me and is continuing to provide the best care with whatever procedure I may need. I highly recommend him if you suffer from glaucoma and need specialized care.
