Dr Isernhagan removed the cataract from one of my dads eyes last week. My father has been completely blind for around a year. He has been so depressed and sad! The day after the surgery when they took the patch off and he could see was one of the best days of our lives! I don’t know if Dr Isernhagan realizes how he has changed my fathers life (our whole family’s lives), but I want to make him aware of how thankful we are to him!

Professional and top notch all the way. The whole team was friendly, kind and explained the process well. Dr. Smith took his time to discuss my condition and options for treatment. I recommend the whole team. I look forward to having my eyes corrected in December.

I was told that Dr Wortz would be there as well, he wasn’t. After waiting 45 minutes after the series of tests were taken, Dr Smith comes in and says he doesn’t know why I’m there. I told him I’m having mono vision, and he said no you’re not. He went on to humiliate me, asked if I wanted to pay for another surgery or what? He never went over the results of all my tests. I walked out. I have never ever done anything like that before, I was so frustrated and he made me feel foolish. My eyes are bothering me daily, I’m so sorry I had this done. He didn’t care about my eyes.

Dr. Smith made me feel at ease about my upcoming cataract surgery. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend him and Commonwealth Eye Surgery.

Thanks to Dr Thompson and her amazing staff for their quick and efficient treatment of 9 tears and a detached retina. Everyone was very friendly, and their handling of my situation was first class. I highly recommend this team for anyone with this issue.

If there was a MINUS , THAT'S WHAT I WOULD STATE... Our appointment was at 1:00pm today, Saturday 9/15/18. We were there about 1hr an a half. You spent may be 10minutes with me. Because we didn't have insurance, YOU CHARGED US $430.18!!!!! So we are filing a complaint with the Ky Board!!!

In 2015 I had 2 detached retina’s and she performed vitrectomy eye surgery on both one in May, then another in September. How one was very bad the retina had flipped like a taco and she managed to fix my eye! I’m still good today with both of them. So I found Dr. Fraser to be a perfectionist! She was amazing and I would recommend her highly!

Dr. Fraser has saved both of my husband's eyes. She has a wonderful bedside manner and makes sure you understand your issues and your treatment plan.

Took my wife to see Dr Claire Frasier and all she did was waste our time dr was very rude and none considerate about my wife's eye problem she has no intention of helping people she just wants money and all my wife was asking for was to help her with the pain in her eye this dr is nothing but a quack and needs to practice in her bathroom not in a good place like UK I just hope dr Frasier one day needs help and is turned away like she did for my wife

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my new glasses! Francis took time to get to know me and suggested the PERFECT frame! After I'd settled on a frame he actually took the time to measure / twice with two methods, and when the glasses arrived - the fit was perfect. I honestly haven't had the personal service that these folks provided in years, from any establishment. I was also impressed by how nicely they treated others coming into the shop. I honestly have already told a few folks about my experience, and how it is well worth a bit of extra cost for such a good experience. Also... the glasses prescription was perfect.. and the frames and glasses were ready to wear immediately... and have required no adjustment since I left the shop. Excellent experience all around... new friends made! I would highly recommend !!!
