They are wonderful with our family. Able to book two kids at the same time. Great communication between provider and staff. We were in and out and had glasses ordered in less than 1 hours.

I have worn glasses for 5+ years now and have never experienced a doctor like Dr. Aaron McNulty! He educated me on my vision, why he recommended what he did, he was kind and very thorough. I appreciate his approach very much.

Dr McNulty was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns. He was very kind. And personable.

This is hands-down my favorite place to get glasses. The people here are so kind and so well trained in what they do. They always get my lenses correct the first time, and I have a complicated prescription to work with.

After having several incorrect prescriptions from a different eye Dr’s office, which left me very frustrated and physically ill, Priscilla went above & beyond to ensure I got a correct prescription and my glasses were correct. She’s amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Peck Opticians is 100% 5 star!!! Priscilla is absolutely outstanding! She is very professional, cares about each client and gives great clinical advice. She has a wonderful eye for style as well and can assist with your best choice. Why go anywhere else? If you wanted to be treated like royalty....go no further.

they dont accept walkins I was refused service.

This was the worst place I have ever worked at with even worse people. For one management is awful. All 3 people in management are childish, disrespectful, and not professional one bit. Coming from a former employee I have witnessed management make multiple employees cry and not care and I am one of them. Also let's bring up the fact that the training helper and several "lead scribes" think they run the whole show and management is just okay with it because they are bff's outside of work and party every weekend together. Like I said.... unprofessional. Management also will threaten to write you up for doing nothing wrong and getting your work done / moving clinic a long rather than getting rid of employees who are rude, smoke in the exam rooms, and come into work high. quite ridiculous. HR will do nothing for you and do not let this company fool you. The doctors also do dirty work and this is coming from multiple people that have worked for RAK in the past. RAK has such a bad reputation in eye care and anybody you ask will agree that they are the worst with employees as well as the care they give. They wonder why they have such a turn over rate and constantly have patients complaining. Well I think you can figure it out!!! LOL

I love Retina Associates. I didn't like the 4tj floor offices. Kind of felt like a clinic, with so many people waiting, I waited for 2.5 hours. Rooms were not decorated and that old deck where they check your vision is falling apart.
