The office is so clean..the staff so welcoming and Dr Hurt was very professional. I used to go to Dr Hyman and Kentucky Eye has taken over. It is a good feeling to know I am in good hands

The Dentist was professional, the woman who helped me with my eye glass frames etc was super superb. The woman who did my eye exam was very friendly and professional. All around good experience. A rare rating from me. Thank you much.

Staff was friendly. I was greeted as I came in (not like last year's reception). Nicole was efficient, careful and personable. Dr. Hurt is always attentive, SO skilled and I left feeling that my eyes were examined well and accurate results were shared with me. Amy, in the glasses' store, was very gracious and helpful without being pushy to buy at this moment. Greatly appreciated. So, I will buy shortly.

I like Kentucky Eye Care. A kiosk in the waiting room makes checkin short and simple. The associates seem to value you and your time. My visit actually started on time! Exam was thorough but swift. They have an optical shop connected but you're not pressured to use it. Although, it one of the best doctor visits I've had.

The kiosk was a bit of a challenge for older folks but your office staff was quick to help. All staff was amazing and kind and caring. Silva was kind and patient. Super friendly and sweet! Dr Hurt was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything and gave me his opinion on following through for my issue. I would recommend this practice to everyone! The wait was minimal!

The entire staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Pattar took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions. I’ve had several relatives go here as well and their experiences mirrored mine. Highly recommend.

My comments are limited to the thorough, thoughtful, patient, respectful and excellent attention that I received at my very first visit to the Institute. They include significant interaction, beginning with the reception, technician, doctor and administration throughout my visit. Thinking back, I quickly became comfortable. I had worn glasses since I was three years old.Dr Pattar took on the challenge of finding a lens that eliminated my need for glasses while doing my cataract surgery. Other well known doctors in Louisville said there was no way of eliminating my need for glasses or contacts. I now am free from contacts! Dr Pattar is the best!

I had two cataract surgeries this summer with Dr Josh Justice. It was an amazing experience and I recommend him highly not only for his surgical skill, but for his genuine care of the whole body system! He was patient with all the questions this reporter put to him, helped walk me through the options that would most benefit me, and the follow up has been extensive and thorough. I trust him and recommend him without reservation!

After I arrived and signed in, I had only a short wait until I was called for my appointment. The waiting area and eyeglass selection area have been nicely remodeled since my last visit. My appointment went smoothly and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty soon my appointment was complete after meeting with my doctor. Nice selection of glasses to choose from, although I chose to keep my glasses from last year since my prescription did not change very much.

Staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile (very important for me). My waiting time was just about 10 minutes. As usual, Dr. Berberich was very professional in informing me about the status of my eyes and spoke in a very caring way! Thank you!
