Excellent! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

I always go here. Sometimes my prescription hasn't been perfect the first time. They've always fixed any issues quickly. This last pair of glasses was perfect from the pick up. In fact , probably the best vision improvement I've ever experienced.

The doctor is helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Caitlin is the perfect sales person. She helped me get the best deal! I’m very pleased with my experience.

My experience in the store was good and doctor and staff were all smiling and nice. My only issue is from the a pair of glasses I purchased 2 years ago. They were bifocals. I found out at this last visit that they were not properly aligned to my eyes. I never wore bifocals before and they told me it took time to adjust. The rx was good, they improperly measured. Needless to say they did not want to fix their mistake and remake them because it was 2 years. If I knew it was not my eyes, but their miscalculation, I would have brought them back. When I did inquire they just said to give it time. I would really like them to be remade as their expense. Let’s see what gets done…

The doctor was very nice, the prescription seemed too good and the glasses fit nicely... the look of disgust I received from the receptionist every time I come in is priceless.

Very professional and friendly! The office was very clean, by the time I walked in I was walking out within 25 minutes very satisfied. They made sure to answer any questions that I had and while I was sitting at the desk to put my order in for my glasses not only was it professionally done but laughs were shared, I would definitely recommend going there!

I have been coming here my entire life and it is the best place to go in town. I recently saw Dr. Bobby, and he is an amazing doctor. I can say nothing but good things about the entire staff here

Dr.Turpin was amazing and Sheila in the lens center was too!! The doctor really took the time to explain everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care and prescription possible. Other places I’ve went for eye exams never had the attention to detail or took their time to explain the processes to me. Dr.Turpin and Sheila both made me feel very comfortable, were very friendly, professional and personable. Which is awesome for someone like me who suffers with socially anxiety. I will always make my appointments at this location!! Thank you for making a usually very stressful situation seamless and comfortable!

She was so nice and understanding. I liked it most that she took her time to explain the results of my eye exam and when I didn’t understand something she explained it again but in a little different way for me. Very nice and thorough.
