The sales person that took my order was great. He was quick and efficient and got both my distance and reading glasses ordered for me. However, when I got the text to come get my glasses, only one pair had come in (distance). She (Maddy) said the others would be in in a day or two. I called a couple days later and got the same story. Then, I was told that the were a lot of delays because of the holiday (New Years). Had I not kept calling to see why I still didn't have them, I would have never been told that the frame choice was on back order. I went to the store and chose the same frames in a different color and now I "should" have them by Monday or Tuesday. We'll see.

Dr Pace is the best eye Dr I have ever been to. I have serious issues with one of my eyes, he was extremely patient with me and made sure we had the best prescription for my eyes. I have never worn my glasses like I am supposed to until now. I see better than I ever have in my life. Thanks Dr Pace!

Dr Boomer and his associates are a 5 star team. They are a very efficient team. On May 26 2021, I was so nervous and stressed to have surgery but the team did a great job helping me to relax and calm down. I was not just a patient to be quickly pushed through, I was treated as a important client and they like for clients to ask questions. They were not annoyed. I loved it👍 Thank you Team! Mae R.

Dr Boomer is a good surgeon but had the most inefficient office I have ever seen. I expect to have a long wait at a specialists office but 3 hrs for a 5 min appt is ridiculous. On one visit we waited an hour so I went back to the desk to make sure they had me in to be seen. Girl says "what time was your appt?" "Oh well Dr won't be able to see you today". Assuming I was late. I told her I have been sitting here for over an hour. Another time we had to go back and redo testing because someone didn't record it, another time we were told to dose the medications incorrectly. Girl checking us out ( short petite girl with dark hair) was very rude. I was 2nd person in line and was told to go sit down. After 1st person left we waited another 30 min for them to call us back up to check out. Another time she was asking some questions. I answered her questions and then added info that she had not asked for that I thought might be pertinent and she said with attitude "well that would have been nice to know earlier". Gee, if only you had asked! This was early in the day so would hate to see her later in the day. Needless to say no matter how good Boomer might be, his staff ruined it for me. Won't take anyone I know here.

Everyone was great. Dr. Boomer was excellent. Couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Dr Kuhl and his staff for your eye care. He is very thorough with his eye exams and if a problem arises he takes additional tests and will compare the results with previous visits to keep track of your progress. He takes time to answer questions and make sure you understand the outcome of your exam before you leave the office.

Dr. Kuhl and his staff are professional, caring and friendly. I have never felt like he was rushed - he always take the time to explain what my results mean, any treatment he prescribes, and what we are watching for in the future. I never have any doubts that I have the best doctor and team taking care of my eyes!

Had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Ashlee and Pete who were tremendously helpful as I had a small child with me during my appointment. As she started to act out Ashlee stepped in and helped soothe my toddler during the testing, also Pete was able to help watch and entertain her as well. It was not their job but they chose to do it and this mother is very grateful!

Preston and his staff were very nice and ordered my glasses and contacts in a timely fashion. Super pricing!! Highly recommend their services.

This was my first time going in for an exam. Dr. Trunecek was great and very helpful. I do not have insurance at the moment but it was affordable. It was quick and easy, and I’d definitely recommend asking for him!
