I chose 20/20 after lots of research. They exceeded my expectations with experience and reputation. I was very nervous about PRK and they walked me through every step. I highly recommend the entire staff- was he surgeon, two doctors and all of the staff I worked with. I’m seeing 20/15 and am so happy with my new vision!

My experience was superb. The doctor knew what I wanted and achieved unequaled quality in how she achieved that. My glasses fit my head flawlessly and my prescription was perfect. I highly recommend her and this office.

Great staff. Waited way to look for appr (an hour). But the doctor was knowledgeable and impressive when we got to him. As for the others staff, they were FABULOUS! Seasoned Performers completing their responsibilities with superb knowledge, comforting easy, and open friendliness! As for choosing my glasses, the assistants were beyond what I hoped for!! Modern choices, wise input from my assistant, being able to let them lead my way to the most modern, stylish choice available.

Dr. Rodriguez and her staff are amazing. The glasses I ordered took less than a week to get here and when you pick them up they give you a little gift bag which is super cute. love how comfortable they feel which was very important to me. I love them!

I was very happy with Dr. Jones and his entire staff. Everyone was professional, friendly and had a smile on their face. You could tell they enjoy their position, and working with Dr. Jones. He was very nice, through and made sure I had no unanswered questions before I left. I'm looking forward to my visit next year!

The whole team was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! Mariah was so professional, knew her job perfectly, and made me feel comfortable with all of the testing. Dr was so informative and thorough! I highly recommend this group for anyone with eye concerns.

When I went to the doctor Hunan office Huynh, he was very nice, very knowledgeable and when I got got my glasses back I thought that the transitional wasn't on them so I called them, but it was a mistake and my glasses were perfect I would refer anybody, to the doctor if they want what they pay for because he does do a great job!!!!

Janice and another lady were so helpful when I was trying to decide on frames. They were patient with me when I was taking my time in the store and I left feeling like I had made a great choice for my long overdue new pair of glasses. They have a large selection with nice brands, the store is very clean and and I am very happy with my experience at this Lens Crafters. I have had bad experiences with smaller optometrist offices here in the AV, but my eye exam and experience selecting the perfect pair of frames far exceeded my expectations. I find eye exams difficult (I can never decide whether "1" or "2" is better very quickly), but Dr. Chao was very patient m with me and kind. This is my new go to for my annual eye exams and when I am in the market for new frames. I definitely recommend coming here, they'll take care of you!
