I do not recommend this office to anyone. They will schedule an appointment cancel you if you don't confirm. I called and they insured I would have an appointment for today 6-27-23. I got a called on the day of my appointment and was cancel and told I could not get in until several weeks later. I feel this company wanted to cancel my appointment yesterday but wanted me to believe that I was rescheduled when I never was. If you want an appt scheduled and then canceled the same day then go to this office!!

Very good Doctor. My issue was delicate and handled perfectly. The staff is very friendly as well.

My husband had surgery there in May 2020. said he would not have a need for glasses. He must wear glasses now. Rip off is putping it mildly!!! ALL About money!!! Worst Dr. and Staff Ever!!!! This place does not deserve 1 star

We saw Dr Beth Triebel. Her nurse was excellent and Dr Beth exceptional. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining post stroke vision complications. If she could receive an 11 on a 10 point scale- she earned it today.

I haven't actually done business here so 3 starts is it based on their ability to schedule for the location I requested. The good: their response to my scheduling inquiry was very prompt and the staff was cordial on the phone. The bad: WARNING to anyone looking to book the Broomfield location. The doctor is only there once per month and they are booked 4 months in advance for consultations on Lasik. It seems a good business decision would be to be there more than one day per month if the demand deems it; they must really not need the business. I have scheduled 3 other consultations around northern Denver and all took less than 3 weeks from inquiry to appointment. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere, but doesn't seem that these folks would mind.

I'm really impressed with these guys. Very quick and efficient, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way to help resolve issues with my vision insurance, and although I wasn't covered, they referred me to other local practitioners and dug to find information on my current plan and pricing, per my request. Highly recommend them.

Everyone was so nice from the doctors staff to the woman who helped with my glasses. My eye exam was fast and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable. Also I found an amazing pair of glasses that make me feel super cute. Customer for life.

I have been going to Dr. Gifford for many years and highly recommend him! His staff is professional, he is very knowledgeable and you are never kept waiting. I have always been more than satisfied with care I have received. This is a far cry from the factory atmosphere at many local eye clinics!!
