The attitude was extremely bad. I took my child there and had to wait for two hours. We couldn't even leave. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Try to find another ophthalmology clinic. This is the worst ophthalmology service in Queens.

Awesome experience!! Office is so quaint and cozy and the doc was excellent. Very thorough and made me feel comfortable from the start. Happy I found him, will definitely be using from now on.

Dr. Ko recently did a contact lense fitting and exam. She was very knowledgeable and was able to fit my very difficult eyes to contact lenses. The medical part of the office is great but there is also a wonderful welcoming feeling with the entire practice, they welcome you like a member of the family.

Great service by the 2 young men. They both were extremely nice and provided exactly what I needed. Definitely would come again!!

Always a great experience at Punto Focal! Dr. Mota is thorough and doesn’t rush through the appointment. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Paola is the best at helping you pick the frames that best fit you and makes your appointment enjoyable. Love that I get to drink a great coffee from dosis while I get my eyes checked and pick my glasses out. Dr. Mota has a great selection of frames and orders contacts straight to your door. 100% recommend Dr. Mota and her staff at Punto Focal. You will not regret it!

Drs. Brophy and Saul are great! Both are super-kind and patient and they really take time to explain what's going on so I can understand and feel comfortable. They have a really clean and organized store and stock some of the top frames and styles, even for a budget conscious patient like me. Also, they are very responsive and their team gets back to me right away. Really important since I drive from Hood River just to go here.

A friend told me about J!NS and I had been putting off getting new glasses. This location doesn’t have an on-site optermatrist but on the second floor there’s a LensCrafters! I scheduled an appointment and there might be walk-in availability but if you want a specific time I recommend scheduling one. That is unless you already have/know your prescription then head on over here. The staff Kensy and Elena were very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. There’s such a variety of frames that I’ll for sure be getting more especially since it takes 30 minutes tops which Kensy helped with dispensing mine. They’re also able to check if they have your prescription on hand and if they don’t then I assume you’d be able to pick a frame then they’ll order it and you can either pick up from there or get it shipped to you. Either way will be coming back (:

Dr. Lin was god sent for our son who for the last two years suffering from bad eye allergies and vision damage. We saw many doctors with unsuccessful results. Dr Lin's magical touch cured my son. He is by far one of the best eye doctors in the Bay Area.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Degenaer for over ten years and he is the best optometrist! Very friendly and relaxed and takes care of your eye correction needs properly and efficiently. His office staff are always friendly and my entire family sees him annually for our glasses and contact prescriptions. He has always done a good job with getting prescriptions that work and providing the help needed for us as a family. My wife even tried going to a different eye doctor due to a scheduling issue last year and regretted that decision and is back with Dr. D now this year. I can not recommend him enough for your eye care needs.
