Very detailed exam. Everything is explained so I understand everything about my exam. I drive 275 miles to see Dr Upton and would not consider anyone else

I am a long time patient at the Media office and really like the doctors but the office staff are rude and ignorant to patients. I made an appointment I thought at the Media office today- at least that’s where I thought the appointment was- I got there 15 minutes early and was told my appointment was at Crozer- the receptionist was nice and said she would call Crozer to let them know I’d be a little late- I drove there and was really only 10 minutes late but that receptionist was alone answering phones and being snippy to the 2 people in front of me so said I was 15 minutes late. She said the dr was booked and refused to see me. I live 40 minutes away. I will never go here again- there are lots of choices in health care and You are losing lots of good customers!

I really enjoyed the customer service. The were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions with accuracy and intellectually. My first visit I received another pair for absolutely FREE. My glasses were ready in a whooping 24 minutes!!!! I encourage any one reading this to go to Eyemart they have affordable as well as designer frames.

Everyone at Tucson Eye Center are great. Dr Wright, has a great manner with her patients and is very though with explaining procedures and the outcome. My surgery went great and Dr Wright followed up with a quick call about 5 hours later to see how I was doing.

Dr Oh is amazing at her job. She helped find the perfect bifocal combination which had been a problem in the past. I didn’t feel like I was on a conveyer belt & she took the time explain my concerns.

Great staff, very friendly and effective. I thought Dr. Miller was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I was there for glasses, but she jumped on my dry eye condition and is helping me to deal with that. I was impressed with her and the entire staff and even their state of the art equipment that they used to check out your eyes.

I have gone to Oaks OC for several years and have alwways been pleased with the office, staff and Dr Lee as well. They have always given timely appointments and take the time to discuss my eye care needs and my concerns.

This is a VERY busy practice yet it is run very smoothly and efficiently. I was taken on time, had several pictures & eye tests before I was moved into the exam room. My vision & pressure were checked & then Dr Gladstein reviewed all tests and did thorough an eye exam. She is always delightful & willing to answer any questions. It's a wonderful practice.
