Dr. Pelosi is very caring and professional and a great eye doctor. The selection of glasses is amazing and Dean is always ready to give an honest opinion if you are unable to decide on your new frames.

The staff is fabulous. They - like everyone else right now - are short staffed, yet the team multi-tasks while treating everyone in the showroom with full attention. I needed an adjustment to my prescription but had exceeded the allowable timeframe due illness. The manager accommodated my needs with kindness and respect. Wonderful place to get glasses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr Lu, is a very happy person. And he rubs that off on you! And this let me know that there’s still good people in this world and he’s one of them. Very informative, cut to the chase kind of a guy. Helpful no information is with hold from you and that’s what I like about him.

Purchased pair of glasses one month ago came to pick up the order, but the lenses were defected , they said they'll send it back to lab to fix it , after another week came to pick up and waited in line for an hour the lenses were defected again! The Manager Richard was very rude with worse attitude said the lenses are look OK to him, he didn't even try to solve the issue. the worse customer service and worse quality , I will never waist my time and money again and I won't recommend this place if you need your vision

Dr. Hahn, Erick and all of the staff are very kind, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Hahn gave me a very good eye exam and Erick was of great assistance in explaining the different options available for my lenses and frames. I look forward to seeing everyone again.

Outstanding service from all staff at The Eye Care Center!! Dr. Caceres is beyond EXCELLENT in his abilities and with patient care and relationships. He explains everything in clear layman’s terms and gives patients complete confidence in all procedures. He also had a great sense of humor…an essential element.

I want to Thank Veronica the,manager at Berkely on i-10,she has shown to be very caring and able to be an excellent manager,I only hope for the best for her and blessings in 2024,also Doctor Flor,has been the best eye Doctor I've had ,that I can remember since needing glasses.Thank you ,God Bless them Both..

I love this place because of the care and attention to detail that they provide as an eyecare provider. I stopped going to box big locations because it felt like they were trying to push me out of the door. That is not the case with C&K Eyecare. Always courteous and professional. The only reason that I give this location a 4 star is because the office hours are difficult for working professionals. I usually have to take time off or come in on Saturdays for an appointment.
