Love Dr. Dinh and her entire team! They are always so friendly and provide great care and service. I live far but go the extra miles because they are so worth it!

was so uncomfortable. Main dr who's a jerk kept saying well we're not gonna know in 30 mins. WGEN DID I SAY I NEED TO KNOW IN 30 MINs. Everytime i had a question. The nurses didn't even wash their hand when handling patients. literally w work place of idiots and indian men who think that just cause it's a different accent makes him better. like no i can't understand you and you can't understand me and that's fine but don't get frustrated with me WHEN YOU ARE LITERALLY THE PROBLEM TOO. when he came in with the translator on phone she didn't even understand him. like He Should be embarrassed not try to make other feel dumb for his own problems. and I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT BUT YOU CANT PICK AND CHOSE. i won't let him. also he was like balding so you know he gonna get is karma. then he hung up angrily. he wants patience but won’t be patient. like i might not be doctor but at least i’m not messing with the devil like him. (hell)

If I could give Zero Stars I would set an appointment they say everything is good with your insurance then arrived SATURDAY AT 9 am and they just said “We are sorry we can’t accept the insurance “ WHAT ABOUT A FREAKING HEADS UP what a BAD SERVICE

Been a customer since a young kid, I love the whole staff

My whole family has been going to this Walmart for years for our glasses. We have had great experiences with the staff. The staff has stayed pretty consistent over the years and one of the ladies in particular is very kind to my kids. They have always been great working with us finding the best quality in our price range. We have had to have glasses repaired and replaced for my son a number of times and they are always very helpful. We have also had problems on out of state trips and Wal-marts in different states have been very nice and repaired issues that they could. I won't buy glasses anywhere else.

Dr.Adam Cherry is an amazing and understanding eye doctor I couldn't ask for anyone more understanding and patient! I really appreciate your time and understanding and for letting me know im not going crazy over my eyes that I need to focus up close for! Thank you for letting me know my prescription was wrong from another eye doctor. Thank god you saw what was really going on! 💯🙏

Had a great experience from the time I made the appt, to walking in the door and throughout the exam. Dr. Parsley was really wonderful to make sure I had the right correction and explained my options thoroughly. As a new patient, I’m trying a new type of lens that should address all the obstacles I had previously, balancing near and far distances. Would highly recommend if you are looking for new eye care professionals.

I’m in tears rn because I just paid $300 for glasses here, told staff that I could NOT afford to purchase contacts until AFTER I paid rent. 2 different office staff told me via phone that as long as the doctor had inventory, they should be able to accommodate my request for a pair of contacts to hold me over until payday next week. I was told the opposite today, and now I can’t go to jiu jitsu or boxing tomorrow. Both managers were unhelpful, both didn’t seem to care that 2 separate employees could promise something, so casually for it to be in violation of company policy. This is both disappointing, and feels discriminatory to me. And still no manager sought to right the wrong and accommodate me. I’m still not going to be able to go to boxing practice, and this is the hardest part of all, aside from the indifferent treatment by all staff at Walmart Vision center. Guess I should have read some reviews. Jokes on me I guess.
