Great prices and nice glasses frames! Although he never smiles, he does always give me very good prescriptions for glasses and contacts(have been going to get my prescription since 2006). He does his job nicely and... takes his job very seriously ;) don't expect any unnecessary chit chat/small talk

Dr tisdale has been my opthamologist since o moved to wilmington 11 years ago. He and his staff are wonderful - professional, friendly and punctual. I recommend friends and family.

I went to Costco Optical to get a couple of new pairs of glasses. I worked with James and he was great. He was able to quickly help me with what I needed and was able to answer all questions I had about the glasses themselves and insurance coverage. He even let me know about a glasses promotion Costco was running that saved me a few extra bucks. I definitely plan to go back here for all future glasses needs. Five stars.

Pleasant staff, initial eye exam prior to seeing the doctor, this person loved their job and was very professional, smiling and positive the whole time, it was a pleasure to have her help me, I would go back in a second. The doctor was very pleasant and personable. Overall experience was above expectations, bravo!!

Daniel is an awesome licensed optician. Dr Masi was extremely informative as well. Both are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and go above and beyond. They both answered all my questions and had a lot of patience.I recommend location to everyone. They have various options and are affordable!

In my college days of long hours of study and architectural drawings, I noticed my eye sight dwindling. This was back in 1986 as a third year student at SDSU and the year is significant because it was the year that I began vision therapy, here at Optometric, with Dr. Valenti. I spent a few months going to weekly therapy sessions and faithfully practicing daily eye exercises at home. I learned valuable tools to keep my eyes strong and avoided having to get prescriptive glasses. I am now 58 years young and in need of a good pair of reading glasses. Honestly, I haven't had my vision checked since the vision therapy sessions because throughout the years I have incorporated all of the knowledge that I had gained back in 1986 that kept my eyes healthy. Dr. Justine Bailey examined me and was so pleased to see just how well my eyes had maintained their strength since therapy days. She is amazing by the way. Make an appointment now if you have any vision concerns. She will take good care of you. I couldn't recommend vision therapy more. The experience was and is memorable and it's fun too.

The service was great. I was asked to be in the waiting room while the doctor saw me. The receptionist was able to explain to me what some plans they had before seen the doctor. The person who did the first check up was very nice and polite. Overall it was nice.
