I am truly grateful for Alan and his hard work. Making sure that I have the correct contact lens to help my vision and that I can literally live a normal life. Thank you Alan for all you do to help get other back on track. Your services are appreciated.

Sharing my experience with Vision Works. I did an eye exam and contact lens purchase on May 31st and paid $208.5 that day itself. Due to some reason, they were not able to fulfill the order until now. Today, I called them and canceled the order, as its been more than 3 months, and I ordered the contact lens for a soccer tournament. Since I don't need it anymore, today I canceled the order. Ideally they should be compensating me for making me wait for this long for nothing. But, what they did instead is, they gave me a partial refund. They charged $50 for my eye exam that day, which they didn't refund. I only did the eye exam for the prescription to buy the contacts. Don't understand why they can't just own their mistake and do the right thing here.

The people that work here amazing, they have been so helpful the many times I’ve been in and I am so thankful how willing they were to work with me and help me not only efficiently but QUICKLY. I got my glasses back in 4 business days and couldn’t have been happier.

Being a "glass-wearer", is new for me. I was extremely pleased with Shane, the Sales Associate who assisted me. He was welcoming and personable, as well a good listener. Also, Shane had a good understanding of the features, advantages, and benefits of the choices we looked at. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend my Visionworks experience and purchase.

Tori gave us the best experience! She was kind, detailed, and very efficient. She managed all the customers in the store very well, offered great service.

Dr Lee was thorough, and explained my vision issues with me In detail. Patricia was very patience and knowledgeable with while picking out my frames and explaining the cost details

I have been dealing with the staff over a billing error they made for over a year. Whoever answers the phones are not just rude but make no efforts to fix their errors. I spoke with Debbie personally and the way she acted I will not be returning.

Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Tests, results, and any diagnoses were explained in an understandable manner. Wasn't rushed in and out like some doctor's offices can make you feel.
