My first experience with an eye doctor in Florida, good office, easy getting in for an appointment, not long wait time and nice customer service. I was assisted by a girl called Anna which was very professional and knowledgeable, I saw Dr Schwartz and had procedure done for my dry eyes the same day, very satisfied. Definetelly recommend.

When I go to the Boutique I am immediately greeted with a “Hi Martin, would you like some coffee?” I’m certain this is the only place in town that does this! Even the coffee shops! I always feel welcome and appreciated and recommend this place to everyone I know. These are the frames I got this time. I’m an artist so glasses are a necessity but I played around with the shadows here just for fun.

I couldn't be happier! Kristina was very patient while I tried on different frames. She was very helpful with giving her honest opinion while understanding what I was looking for. She wanted to make sure that I was happy. I would definitely recommend Vision Essentials Optical Center at Kaiser Permanente.

They completely fell off . Customer service horrible i been going for years and never again I will go in the suburbs and support them b4 I go here . Paid $400 for my Clear frames and they turned colors like a clear phone case does brownish gray. Instead of them replacing them.they said its probley from make up or chemicals etc . I only where at night time to read 2x a week .because I have contacts smh sad and sorry.

I had been going to my old optometrist for several years and when they closed down recently, I was left researching for a new place. I’m so happy that I went with Crystal Vision! The customer service and care they provided was top tier. I realized that I was just settling with the optometrist I had prior. The staff at Crystal Vision is very friendly and made recommendations based on my specific needs without being pushy. The doctor was wonderful as well! She gives this warm energy of someone you’ve known for years even though you just met. She’s also quite knowledgeable and takes her time explaining things in detail which is something I appreciate. Looking forward to coming back here!

I thought maybe they would help me put lenses that popped out of my Pearl frames as a courtesy. No dice. Went in at 4pm the "optician" was already LOOONG gone, the three ladies in white lab coats (lol!) were doing nothing, and unable to do anything as simple as putting a lense back into a frame apparently. The millenial drone with the power of vocay fry croaked out a disclaimer along the lines of "all Pearl locations are independently owned and ...." but I was already leaving. Take note: This Pearl is just a franchise anyone can buy, not a mark of quality, not interested in repeat business, and not interested in customer satisfaction. This location sucks. End of story.

Top-Notch Eye Care with a Truly Wonderful Team! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Samantha Schneider and her amazing team. Dr. Schneider is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also warm, approachable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made me feel completely at ease during the entire exam. Jessie, her nurse, was just as fantastic—friendly, efficient, and so reassuring throughout the process. She clearly knows her stuff and helped make my visit smooth and stress-free. A special shout-out to the front desk girls as well! They were welcoming, organized, and went above and beyond to make check-in and scheduling a breeze. You can tell this office truly values patient care from the moment you walk in. This is hands down the best eye care experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Schneider and her incredible team—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Quick, efficient, polite and friendly staff! With my insurance, I only paid $25 for a retina scan which I find very helpful to ensure my continued eye health. My exam was otherwise free! If you need an insurance plan like mine, let me know!

Awesome staff, dr. Fox is a very nice man, doctor eye specialists, if you need eye help this is a great place to go. From cataract surgery to migraine help thru therapeutic lens. Plus you can't get a better friendlier staff then this staff. 100 bravo Zulu. Couldn't get a higher rating then that

Dr. Gerber is the only person I will allow near my very sensitive eyes! He has been my eye doctor for over half my life and I would recommend him to anyone who would like a kind, patient, and thorough doctor! The staff is friendly and accommodating and I get compliments on my eye glasses all the time!
