Office staff so professional office space from waiting room to exam rooms spotless clean very through and explains everything and why very up front regarding insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses selecting frames a excellent experience and staff extremely helpful

The eye doctor and his staff had excellent customer service and my appointment went quickly yet efficiently. My only concern is that a staff member at the front desk could be more attentive in her approach towards customers. The lady with the glasses at the desk who finished my transaction was excellent and kind, but her colleague at the desk was not as communicative overall, especially when it came to informing me of who was supposed to be helping me next after my exam. I thought I had to check out first, so I went up there, but I was met with stares and a dry demeanor before she decided to say something.

The best selection of high quality frames with an excellent staff that will help you find the right look. I always get compliments on my glasses, which is totally because of them! They are patient and have great customer service. Will work with you to find a solution if you have problems - which is important to me with progressive lenses.

I've gotten all our family glasses from here for the past 5 years. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that take pride in helping customers. Plus, the selection of frames they carry is unmatched. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a permanent optometrist.

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the outstanding customer service to the fantastic eyeglass frame selection for children, you will surely be satisfied with your experience. I wore glasses for over 25 years (before LASIK surgery) and never did someone offer to prepare the glasses same day you purchased them. Bessie (representative at the store) could tell my 8 year old daughter was very excited to receive her first pair of glasses and expedited the process. Dr Erin very patient kind and very proficient exam! My eyes did change and I ordered glasses.

Dr. Hassinger was really patient with my 88 year old mom. She was apprehensive about the exam when we got there, but he quickly put her at ease snd everything went really well.
