The Best, Dr. L Rao is super nice and personable , takes a few moments to listen and then respond to any questions I ask. So Glad to have him looking after my sight!

I am so happy Dr. Rao is my retina specialist. He very informative, always has a smiling face and it's a very pleasant personality. His staff images his actions. They are very nice to deal with with all smiling faces. Keeping me informed in in some cases. Have a touch of humor. I enjoy even have having to wait because it's a pleasant experience all the time in his office. Thank you Dr. Roe and staff Carol Gresco

I am very pleased with my experience at Retina & Associates. Dr. Rao is easy to talk with, as are his staff. They advise me on every step of my procedure and all my questions are answered to my sat isfaction. I feel comfortable with all the staff that has helped care for me during my visits. I feel and know that I am in good hands.

I was impressed with my first visit to Dr. Cox, first his nurse was wonderful i wish i would of gotten her name but do know her daughter also works there. Second, Dr. Cox was very nice and thorough, really took his time and explained everything. Definitely recommend.

Going to Dr. Cox for over 30 years, I have nothing at all to complain about. Great doc.

Dr Cox knows and seems to care more for his Patients then just the money and I’ll be going back as a regular Patient for sure

I need to give this Dr truly 10 stars and his front office staff and assistant. The tech - no comment at all. He is an exceptionally thorough, friendly and very professional Optometrist in every level. The eyeglass place right across the hallway was more efficient that I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this office and the ladies who run the eyeglass store that know and check your insurance benefits before you even try on frames. Much gratitude to all of you

EDIT: From 5 stars down to 2. I still love this doctor, but it’s been 6days since I was supposed to have my prescription and I still don’t have it. My eyes have been bothering me like crazy this whole time. At first, one of the ladies in the office sent it to the wrong pharmacy, even though I told her the address. She told me she’d “just look it up.” Then, once my pharmacy managed to get it transferred, my insurance didn’t cover it. Between the pharmacy and I calling, there’ve been six calls made to the office and the issue still has not been resolved. UPDATE: I’ve called more and left more messages and still have heard nothing back. I DO NOT recommend coming here, simply because the staff can’t seem to be bothered to return simple phone calls. original: Absolutely wonderful staff, I was taken in exactly at the time of my appointment and am very satisfied with the care I received. Dr. Warm answered all the questions I had, and explained everything thoroughly to me. Clean facilities, friendly people.

Excellent doctor. Very detail oriented in formulating a treatment plan. He even threw in a short lecture on the metaphysics of vision while performing the exam.
