I was first referred to Forest City Vision by my eye doctor. Turns out, my eyes didn't work together. I was missing important details such as a true 3D experience, the ability to make each side of my body move independently (think tapping your head and rubbing your belly at the same time). I've been working with Dr. Weinberg and Jess for a few months now. They are amazing! I will admit, I was intrigued but skeptical. I haven't been as good as I could be at doing the homework (you know, life) but I have and do see the difference. 3D motion rides don't make me ill, illusions are becoming easier to see, my eyes don't shake as much as they used to, and well there are a lot less curb checks. I will say, it's very disappointing insurance does not pay for vision therapy. Dr. Weinberg is in network for me but these particular appointments are not covered. Dr. Weinberg does take CareCredit which makes it a little easier to afford these out of pocket costs. All in all, I know I'm in good hands and truly respect the process and work Dr. Weinberg and Jess do. They are both passionate and knowledgeable. They can explain the why's and how's about all things vision. It's very interesting and to be honest, after speaking with Jess, I drive home wondering if I've picked the wrong career. Do it. It's worth every penny!

Highly recommend Clear Choice. They were all very friendly and professional. Provided quick and easy service. Guided me through every step Of my procedure and answered any questions they had. Dr. Jee was amazing. She explained and helped me during the procedure going through every part. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time and even checked up later in the day. As a fellow healthcare professional could not be more impressed with her and the whole staff at Clear Choice.

Dr Jee was kind and compassionate and helped guide me all the way through my laser eye surgery. She explained every step of the way and was thorough. I wasn’t scared at all having her conduct my surgery. She talked to me the entire time through each and every step. It took no time at all for the actual surgery. She made sure I was comfortable and not scared. I highly recommend her for your services

Doctors are well educated, professional and knowledgeable! She helped me understand what to expect with the procedure and options. She also made me feel at ease even though I was super nervous. The staff was very attentive, caring and professional. I would recommend Cleveland Eye Clinic to my family and friend!

Excellent management, professional exams and customer service. If you want flimsy, cult-style, short-term frames, this isn't a place for you. If you want better frames and quality care and professional management/service, this is the best I have every had in Cleveland (having lived here over 20 yrs). Michelle, the manager, is well known for her expertise and that is why I and many people go back every year. I want the best in the business for my eyes!

Truthfully if I could give 0 stars I would. How is it that with insurance and my own personal frames my total was over $1,000? And when I received my glasses back they weren’t how I last had them. (They FALL off my face) I can fully understand add-on pricing due to the fact that I don’t use standard lenses, but I was simply trying to find a new place to visit since I moved to the area. I felt as if I were PREYED upon for the sake of sales, my phone calls were being IGNORED (I only got through to them when my mom had to conference call us and put herself on mute — they ignored my number constantly when I was asking for DOCUMENTATION because I WAS NOT PROVIDED ANY), and after saying I DO NOT WISH TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I received a confirmation text saying I have a new appointment (on a date and time that don’t work for me but that’s besides the point — I never wanted to return.) Unless I can get $750-850 back I’d never recommend this practice to anyone. Scammers. Thank you for the additional therapy I needed to receive.

This eye boutique is very nice. The prices are in line with other eye glasses boutique. But what separates this store is their customer services. Glad I am able to come back to them for eyewear.

I was a last minute emergency and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Dr Wilkers was very pleasant and informative and made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and even laughed at my nervous joking. Everyone from the in patient desk to out patient desk were so pleasant.never did anyone make me feel uncomfortable for the last minute visit. Thank you all for your time and patience. Dr. Pham was very patient, kind, and caring of my situation. We had to do an impromptu procedure on my eye the day of my visit. She ensured I knew exactly what would occur and what it would feel like. From the time I entered the office until I left, I felt very comfortable with all of the staff.

Everyone there is very helpful with anything in need... Answers questions, help if called for my pick up ride. And setting up next appointment
