The entire experience was awesome. Every person that was a part of the team was professional, kind and caring. Dr Patel was thorough and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Very pleased with the level of customer service. Would recommend to others.

Rude & lazy front receptionist, be careful because they also bill to insurance 2 times. Very unprofessional . Don’t even bother coming here , save your time & insurance.

The level of professionalism from the doctor & staff was 10/10. They were very kind and explained everything thoroughly to me.

I've been seeing Dr. Wong for years. She's always taken great care of my eyes, and the lens prescriptions are dead on. No issues getting in for appointments and great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

I'm giving them 2 stars due to the secretaries, techs & surgery coordinator who are very kind professionals but as for Dr. Bowers I would never refer anyone to go see him. I had the most horrible experience of my life in surgery with him, I had twilight sedation so I heard everything including his tone on speaking to his staff & me. Totally unprofessional!!!

I injured my eye, and Stonebriar Vision made time for me on the same day. I am so thankful for their care and willingness to see me at very short notice. The doctor was wonderful and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.

During a routine eye exam maybe 10 years ago, it was discovered that I had extremely high eye pressure probably symptomatic of glaucoma. I met with several eye specialists but ultimately was referred to a glaucoma specialist. I met Dr Sieminski and she immediately suggested a treatment plan that would reduce and stabilize my eye pressure, and manage the damage the glaucoma was doing to my eyes. After several surgeries my eye pressure has been within acceptable numbers since then. I owe my eyesight to her. 10-stars!

The Drs are awesome, but the customer service of the staff is awful. Went to an appointment that was supposed to be at 10:45 for us to get there on time and they told us that the appointment was at 9:45 when I had already confirmed 10:45 previously. Then when we got there we realized that we needed a mask to enter so we kindly asked the receptionist for one and she said that they did not have any which is super weird for an office. Walmart employees have extra masks but the Drs office doesn't ? Anyways then we rescheduled our appointment only to be told, "and when you come in here next time you have to bring a mask".... obviously... is that not what I asked for as soon as I walked in ? So rude for no reason and the tone she has made it worse. Definitely looking for a new specialist.

My daughter purchased 2 pair of glasses totally 373.00 with her insurance paying 200.00 of that cost. She received one pair after 3wks and a month later she has not gotten the 2nd pair. Unable to get anyone on the phone to address the issue had to go out there to trouble shoot. Still couldn't get a reasonable answer as to why the delay. Was told the glasses went to separate places,their lab and the other Texas????? A month??. Then was told the 2nd pair was just processed... It appears No one knows what they are doing. Given 1 star only because I had to in order to write review. Would give 0!!! Would never go there again!! Need to polish staff

Dr. Reese is so very thorough. She consistently gives me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. She cares for my vision as well as the over all health of my eyes, optic nerves, etc. Dr Reese is so very pleasant. Her staff are all very personable and helpful. Her optician is the best! She gave me such great advice about which frames to choose. She gave me honest opinions about how they looked on me. Very pleasant and beneficial appointment.
