Great people, friendly service, took a while to get eyeglasses.

Would give this horrible place 0 stars if I could. Rude. Can't seem to find referrals that are sent several times, Can't preform tests for certain eye exams, Can't send information back to the referring doctor, Can't forward records to a new ophthalmologist. My experience was all bad. The doctor was horrible, rushed, cut me off every time I spoke, in and out in less that five minutes. Do not recommend. Unless of course you like rude doctors that have better things to do.

I love this place and the people. Problem is, I've now went to get my contacts multiple times during posted online business hours and they are closed. I understand people need home and family life but with a hectic schedule and working 2nd shift it feels impossible unless you have a scheduled appointment.

Been going here for years. Love the staff and Dr. Montavon. Best glasses selection around. Full dilated eye exam- very thorough. Reason for only 4 stars is they won’t bill insurance for contact lens fittings.

My son Travis got frames their today and wanted to leave a service review for Melissa I think was her name my son has a larger head and she went above and beyond for him and did as well as she could to make sure his glasses at least got the job done and she did a spectacular job. She's made 2 new future customers. Great attitude and easy to talk to he said he feels like his results was maximized to the best extent. This is what the rest of Walmart should stride for.

Melissa and the other girls at the Walmart vision center in Chillicothe Ohio are absolutely amazing! I will admit I was a little nervous about going to a vision center other than the privately owned one that I’ve always went to. But these girls went above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgeable. Melissa has been there 19 years and it seems she loves her job and has a true passion for it.
