Melissa and the other girls at the Walmart vision center in Chillicothe Ohio are absolutely amazing! I will admit I was a little nervous about going to a vision center other than the privately owned one that I’ve always went to. But these girls went above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgeable. Melissa has been there 19 years and it seems she loves her job and has a true passion for it.

Paid hundreds in a deposit and it took 2 hours. Waited 3 hours for the fitting, i was told they misplaced my record. Tried the glasses on and the prescription was wrong. Told them I wanted a refund and they said no. But they would be willing to try again. Told them I'd rather they keep it (which they did) and now I have to pay $700 to get glasses without insurance paying any. Simply, I was so mad id rather lose the money than deal with them further.

I had a wonderful experience here. The service was quick. I'd just entered, and was already being escorted to a patient room. The staff were friendly and polite, and the doctor was very thorough.

I came in to see Dr. Lynda at Sears Optical in Madison, WI after just having an eye exam at a different clinic with a different doctor. The other eye doctor gave me the wrong eye prescription. Dr. Lynda worked patiently with me to figure out what was the matter. She was kind and very thorough. She was able to detect that I had been over corrected in my prescription and uncovered that I had astigmatism, which no other eye doctor has even looked into before. I haven't seen so clearly in years. She's amazing!

So appreciative of Dr. Enemuoh and the excellent care she offers for my daughter's eye care needs! At 13, we learned she needed glasses, and Dr. Enemuoh helped us assess her vision and pick the perfect pair of glasses that even a style conscious teen could love! Thank you!

First and last time using Sam's Club Optical Center. Had an eye exam on June 21, 2023 and picked out my new frames that day. I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days for my glasses to come in and that I would receive a phone call and text message letting me know they were in. On business day number 10 i call the Optical Center and no one answered. That same day, I had to go to Sam's Club to pick up dog food so I stopped by the Optical Center to check to see if my glasses where in. The tech that "checked" was rude and and acted like it was inconvient for her to check. She "looked it up" in their system and said my glasses were not in yet and that it might take 15 business days. One business day 16 I still hadn't received a phone call or text that my glasses were in so I call the Optical Center and they did not answer (no surprise, they do not answer their phone, I had tried mulitple times to reach them by phone). So I called Sam's Club Service Desk and asked to speak to the Club Manager, he wasn't available so I spoke with another manager, Tabitha, who was very kind and helpful. I explained the situation to her and she told me she would look into it and call to give me an update the same day or the next morning. A few minutes after I get off the phone with her, Sam's Club Optical calls me, I can tell by the voice it's the rude tech and she tells me my glasses are in, I ask "what day did they come in" and she tells me "June 29th" That is 8 days after my appointment I told her that no one called me and I didn't receive a text. She said "let me look...yeah you're right you didn't get a phone call or text" -silence- "okay I'll be in tomorrow to get them" no apology for not calling or texting me. It's July 14th and my glasses were at the Club for 2 weeks and no one called or texted me and I was lied to when I checked on Businees Day #10, my glassds were in the tech just didnt want to take the time to look. If this review could be zero stars it would be. I'm only giving in 1 star bc the manager, Tabitha was very kind and helpful. I will not be using Sam's Club Optical ever again.
