Took my mom here for an eye exam. The assistant did a thorough job pre screening her with several tests before my mom saw the doctor. Doctor Love was very thorough as well and professional. I definitely recommend Escondido Premier Eyecare!

Extremely rude. They called my family member and screamed at them. When I took the phone and I tried speaking, I was constantly cut off and rudely argued with as I tried asking questions. Lisa was the woman's name that called. I really dislike giving bad reviews, but you don't call and show rudeness to a 66 year old patient, who is already scared of the fact that she is going to have surgery.

Grew up coming here, and now make it a point to get my eyes checked by Dr. Karen every year when I visit (I’ve lived out of state for almost 10 years at this point). She is the absolute best in the business. All of her staff are wonderful, and always make eye exams easy and stress free. Would recommend to any and everyone!

The “appointments” they set are not real appointments. If you have an appointment set at 10 for example, you show up and it’s basically a 2-3 window where you wait and the doctor MIGHT see you. Literally had to leave before I saw my doctor cause they made me wait for an hour and a half and I had a meeting. The staff acts like your presence is an inconvenience. F-.

Every staff member is friendly and explains each step of the visit thoroughly. Danielle was patient and kind during the initial exams. Dr Melanie is so smart and personable, and Sarah the optician went above and beyond in helping me order my contacts. I’ve been coming here for a few years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Staff really friendly especially Mrs Dolores in the optical department. Got a new prescription and she helped me choose one that looks good and fits my face. I absolutely love them, thanks Dolores. Also just want to say that I had a older pair of glasses that had a broken arm. Anyway, long story short, I've been told by numerous stores that supposedly fix glasses but they all said they could not. WELL GUESS WHAT, DOLORES FIXED THEM AND NOW THE EXTRA PAIR IS MY CAR. THANKS AGAIN, YOUR GREAT !!!

I had a fantastic experience with getting my son’s first pair of glasses. He’s only five years old and was nervous about getting glasses. The staff was very friendly and warm. Additionally Kay helped save me a bunch of money on his specialty lenses. I’m so grateful to have a place like this to get my son glasses at an affordable price.
