I am totally pleased with the staff and Drs. Hernandez and Newbold. I required cataract surgery, both eyes. I can now see clearly, rarely require glasses, except for small font. I especially want to cite Lilly Gonzalez, #1, optics technician, for her assistance with a special need I had that she resolved. She is most attentive, kind, and courteous. I always hope when I arrive for appointment, that she will be helping me.

My experience at this office is ALWAYS a good one. The staff is efficient, the place is nice and clean and the Dr is over the top. His vibes are so pleasant and peaceful. He puts you right at ease. Thanks for keeping it great for all these years. M Garcia

Beautiful new location, but the same top-notch service and professionalism I’ve come to expect from Dr. Rowan. The staff are friendly and efficient. Everything runs on time, and the prices on frames and glasses are reasonable (more reasonable than in his former location, I think). I wouldn’t go anywhere else . 10/10 recommend

I bought a pair of high end aviator sunglasses at 20/20 about six or seven years ago, and just love wearing them. As I've gotten older, I realize that I need my readers to access my text messages and email on my phone when I am out and about town or walking at the beach with my husband. About a week ago I brought in several pairs of nice sunglasses that I had acquired over the last decade, and asked Eddie if he could put in polarized bifocals ("readers to me")! Three of the four pairs were done perfectly in less than a week; one pair of Prada sunglasses had unusually large lenses so while I know that Eddie worked hard on making them right for me - they unfortunately just did not work and made me dizzy when I tried to read my phone. Eddy said no problem, I can fix another pair and will replace the large lenses that are polarized back in the Prada glasses. Eddie had actually replaced my old lenses on this pair with an upgraded polarized version just a couple of years ago and they were still like new - so it worked out even better than I had planned. My experience over the years there has been that Eddie always goes the extra yard, and I highly recommend Eddie and his team. I enthusiastically encourage anyone with any eye glass questions to go in and ask them for a price and service comparison. I couldn't be happier with my new readers!

Went for an eye exam and ended up picking out a pair of glasses on the same day. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and took me right at my appointment time. Highly recommend for all your glasses and eye needs ! Extra bonus was the cute and so well behaved pups :)

Dr. Flannigan and staff are excellent, professional, caring, and it truly shows that they are there for the health and well being of their patients!! The machine that is used to check and take pictures of your eyes without needing drops to dilate them is fantastic!! The best eye doctor I've every seen!! Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience!!

My appt was at 8:30, I called at 8:10 to let them know there was an accident on the freeway and that I was on my way, mind you I live 45 mins away from the practice, when I got there they told me they never got the message. I even showed the front desk, Tamika, my phone.. they didn’t care and turned me around.. said that Dr. Linda ohsie-bajor was busy. I took off of work for this appointment, drove out of my way for them to say “sorry never got the memo” I will be reporting and to the board.

Do not go here! They dont know what they are doing. They dont know what insurance they take and will lie to you to get you in the door. Then blame you for taking their word for it. Then they will force you the make multiple appointments you … More

I recently had both of my eyes done. I can see greater then ever. The Staff and Dr Dexter are wonderful, Professional. They all made my two surgeries a breeze. I would highly recommend them.
