He is a superb doctor and I highly recommend him.

Laura was wonderful. She was one of the best associates I have worked with since I have been going to MyEye Doctor. She walked me through the whole process and she understood my unique situation and helped me find the best eye glasses that fit my face and my pockets.

My service was two months ago- The optometrist - Diep was very friendly and thorough. She answered my questions and gave me great recommendations. I don' t know if the front office was not having a good day but the girl who did my intake was short and rude when I asked for an explanation on the type of exam I was getting. When I arrived the receptionist just stared at me without even greeting and I waited for about an hour after my appointment to be taken in and the group after me was let in first. The office it self is very neat and modern and it's located in a center right behind La Barca.

Needed to see an Ophthalmologist to have something removed from my eye today. The receptionist offered to make me an appointment 3 days later to which I explained this is sort of an urgent matter to which she said they don’t have any openings today. I asked if she can ask the Doctor given my situation, she said she did and they don’t have an opening today . You explained to the doctor during the two minutes you were on the phone with me ? Really, then you again offer me an appointment for 3days later. It’s the dishonesty and lack of empathy that made me write this review. Will find help elsewhere.

The staff at the River City location is upbeat, welcoming and helpful. There was a client who missed an appointment the day before. They were able to consult with the Dr. and fit him in right away and still stayed on schedule. That doesn’t happen much these days!

I have been coming here since I was 12 and I am now 30. Great doctors and really friendly staff!

This was probably the worst experience I have had with an eye doctor. The machine used for the eye exam was fogging up and I wasn’t able to accurately assess how well I could see the letters. Instead of figuring out what was going on, Dr. Greenley became frustrated and annoyed. He rushed the appointment along on a new machine. Then he dismissed me when I told him about my medical history. He insisted I get another eye test that I was charged for because “sometimes patients don’t know what they are talking about.” And then I received the full bill because his office did not obtain authorization, which my insurance company said is their responsibility. I wish I had gone elsewhere.

NUMC Ophthalmology is the best! Some of the eye Doctors there took care of me after my LASIK eye surgery. Josh and Tyler specifically went above and beyond as they were the doctors that focused on my case. They were patient with me and answered all my questions and eased my anxieties as eye surgery can be scary! I would recommend the Ophthalmology team at NUMC to anyone I know and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Elder since I was a little kid and she’s always been the best! I recommend her to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!
