Dr. Brass recently performed cataract surgery on my eye and I can’t say enough about how compassionate and caring he and his staff have been. I am blind in the other eye, so my anxiety level was pretty high prior to the surgery. He and his staff were reassuring and warm and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The Vivity lens has given me amazingly excellent vision and I am very grateful to Dr. Brass for taking such good care of me.

As a premier healthcare provider in the Capital District, I can’t understand why they don’t have a policy for their employees, of wearing face masks if they’re ill and coughing up a storm while they work one on one with the patients. Shame on me for not asking her to wear a mask. She should have been home. And yes, I caught her illness.

Dr Rabady has been my doctor for several years. When I got to the point that I started to have a vision loss I of course immediately consulted with him. In the end I did have to have some surgery and would not consider letting anyone else perform other than Dr Rabady. He was informative and expressed genuine care for me as his patient. I highly recommend him as a physician for both his knowledge and compassionate manner.

I was really overdue for an eye exam, and was looking for a better experience than just going to Walmart or America’s Best. And that’s exactly what I got! Very professional and courteous staff, clean yet welcoming environment. I did badly on a blind spot test and they took the time to retest and completely assess the issue. I would absolutely recommend this place and don’t plan on going anywhere else!

Diane was absolutely magnificent! She helped out in every way possible and made sure everything fit perfect and was comfortable! Highly recommend visiting her to get you some new glasses !

I have been seeing Dr. Wlaschin for about 18 years now. Out of the 34 years of having to see eye doctors she far exceeds in all aspects. Her professionalism and actual genuine care for your eye health is what has me staying. She explains every question you may have and spends the time with you to ensure you understand the answer and does not rush you out the door for the next patient. After being a patient for so long it's like going to see a member of my family. I take my children there as well and she made them feel so comfortable and made the experience fun for them. I'm thinking of relocating closer to family, which is 3 hours away and I would actually drive 3 hours every year just to keep her and her team as my eye care specialists.
