The office closed today due to weather and they never informed me. I drove 30 minutes to get there and the office was locked. They have all kinds of automated emails and texts to confirm your appointment, but evidently nothing to let you know the office closed. Not very good customer service.

I am not Dr. Ukrainsky patient but I witnessed the extremely verbally abusive doctor's behavior toward a mentally challeged, blind person. This doctor seemed racially biased and aggressive: that patient was not aware of the abuse but his wife looked devastated, she cried outside. As I offered her support she stated she won't report this to state. I feel I need to warn other patients before they chose MD.

Just got my eye exam done! Great experience. Dr. Napolitano is very thorough & straight to the point. She advised me on some lifestyle changes for my dry eyes. Her staff is great too. They were kind enough to quickly fix my eyeglasses. They also ran my insurance to see what it pays to get the best possible coverage. My contact lenses were shipped & arrived within 2 business days! We had a great experience at 20/20 eye care. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend even for young children. I was there with my daughter for our annual eye test. She has 20/20 I’m not as lucky but got everything I needed looked after and should have my new glasses very soon.

Always love my experience here. They have a new doctor Dr.Dao and she’s great. Very informative and takes her time with you to make sure you understand everything going on in terms of the health of your eyes. Front desk is nice & the office is clean. They also have a great selection of glasses for all ages. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend !!

Perfect customer service , a wide variety of frames to choose from and, will always make sure your taken care of . Very Professional . Have been coming here since i Was young and will continue coming here. If anyones looking for a new optical Center this is the place to go to.

Great service and Mr.Eduard is very respectful and helpful. I've been a customer for a few years and is the best optical shop I've been to. If you live in Queens in I highly recommend going there for you optical needs.

the staff is very nice and their customer service skills are great. the man Edward greets all his regulars by name and is always willing to help. I have been getting my contacts from here for a couple of years and it’s always been great!! :))
