Dr Chen is super nice and professional. He explained everything throughly even he has a lot of patients booked. The office runs smoothly and efficiently. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Worse customer service. Walked in there this evening on the 08/24 to ask about the promotion (2 eyeglasses for 99$). And the two white ladies, they looked like they could be Hispanic idk but they were dismissive from the time I got in there and asked about the deal advertised for 99. One of them behaved clueless while the other asked what I was talking about and I said the promotion outside and she rudely said it’s for single vision. I responded and said “you guys should have that in fine print so people won’t waste their time coming in here” and one of them sarcastically responded with ”we don’t have time to waste to put anything in fine print.” Horrible customer service and reflects bad on the business. My service yesterday was very pleasant. Everyone working in the facility was a pleasure especially the lady at the front desk that offered my daughter crackers knowing that she just came from school, I didn’t get a chance to get her name but she was great. The doctor was phenomenal in knowing what was right for my daughter. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail which I’m grateful for. Vashti took her time with us when choosing the perfect frames for my daughter. She has great customer service skills and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer feels comfortable. Thank you all again for your welcoming services.
