If I could give a zero in stars I would! After two tries to get my prescription correct I finally had to go to another ophthalmologist who was able to get the prescription right first time around. I am now out over $400 no glasses to wear and Dr. Fitzgerald’s office will not refund any portion of the bill.Lots of extra costs . If you need to see an ophthalmologist go to Walmart they got it done in one shot less the cost of what Fitzgerald charges! Without accusing them of something I can’t confirm better off going elsewhere so you don’t end up with nothing other than empty wallet . Shady experience

Dr. Obi was very informative, personable and really seemed to genuinely care about my condition. His suggestion for trying “vision therapy” has given me some hope to avoid an intrusive procedure to obtain a positive result. He promised to do some research and speak with a vision therapist, he would recommend, and advise me how the therapist would go about working with me. 5 stars most definitely!

Called in regards to scheduling an appointment. Spoke to a rude receptionist who was very unhelpful. I was quoted 260$ for an eye exam. I’ve been coming to My Eye Dr for over 5 years and had great experiences at the Racine location but not the Mayfair one, will not be coming back due to high cost and rude service. I understand inflation and cost to upkeep equipment and staff, but rude staff? Not worth the money

Elite optical is an amazing place. I took my mom in there to help her get her a pair of new glasses and it was an amazing experience. The customer service was amazing. Allister was so much fun to pick out glasses with!! the doctor was amazing she took care of us so well! I wouldn’t recommend another eye-care place. 100 stars ⭐️ from us!!

Eye Contact is a great place for your eye care. Everyone is very nice and professional and puts one at ease. The doctor provided me with invaluable information for my eye care. I am very pleased that I went to Eye Contact.

I have been going to Dr Jacobs for many years now. I have always enjoyed my experience with him and his office! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend his services!

Just got back from my second appointment here, and everyone here is amazing. Dr. Gendelman is very kind, patient, and thorough. It can be easy to feel rushed through an eye doctor visit, but all of the staff here makes sure that you're individually cared for. Highly recommend!

Every time I've come here, my experience has been positive. This time was one of the best. The Doctor that my daughter and I saw was completely amazing! He was very personable, funny and easy to talk to... Dr. Hunter is the best eye doctor I've ever come across. The selection of glasses was a bit sad for me this time, couldn't find my perfect style. I was able to find a satisfactory pair though. I highly recommend this place!
