Worst experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctors. They messed up my prescription and then tried to give me a different prescription that was still wrong to rush me out of there. They proceeded to send my contacts to the wrong address without informing me. It took them well over a month to get my contacts sent to me. I believe the prescription is still not fully accurate due to the “doctors” errors. It got to a point where it wasn’t even worth the effort, I will never go here again and will highly advise everyone to go to other eye doctors.

I trust no other. Dr. Mishcon has been my doctor for many years and has always taken excellent care of my entire family. BTW... the receptionist is super nice.

I am very grateful every single day for going to Thomas Turtle on Payne Ave in North Tonawanda. Thinking I just needed new contacts, I made an appointment and that is when my whole life changed!!! I found out I have MS!

Dr Yeakley is the best in Northeast Ohio

Absolutely wonderful. I'd had a REALLY bad experience at a different provider. Dr. Felstet as great and the staff who helped me were also as equally helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first visit but my kids had been coming here for a few years and each experience was just as one would hope. Great experience top to bottom. I highly recommend them.

Great experience, straightforward appointment. My partner and I have both gone to Joel and the doctor gave him a very generous supply of sample contacts when he told Joel that he’s a local musician without eye insurance. He was so appreciative!

My first time in this place at Vision Essentials, I usually go to Fairfield these ladies in front desk don’t even have customer service.. I don’t even think they deserve to have one star. No good morning, I was in line and is like atleast just tell me to be right with me since they are busy. Looks like they are not enjoying their work.. Vallejo kaiser needs to do some mistery customer so they will find out lol 😂

Their billing department is a joke. I’m sorry I stopped taking my son to dr. Toor just because I don’t want to deal with their billing department anymore. They never answer their phone, they never call you back.
