Dr. Steele is one of the most personable and down to earth doctors I have encountered. Dr. Steele is very thorough and provides such great care to myself and my family.

First appointment canceled because they had too many call in. Didn't tell me until I showed up. Second appointment waited an hour still 2 people ahead of me. Takes 2 weeks to get an appointment and they over book. Good luck if you had to take time off work. Will never go back.

Dr. Pham was very patient, kind, and caring of my situation. We had to do an impromptu procedure on my eye the day of my visit. She ensured I knew exactly what would occur and what it would feel like. From the time I entered the office until I left, I felt very comfortable with all of the staff.

I've been going here for years and love them! There's hardly a wait time, if at all for my appointments. They've been very helpful in picking out glasses (I'm terrible at figuring out what looks good on my face) and the doctors are personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

I am so happy I chose this location to get my first pair of glasses! At first, I was super nervous because it was my first pair of glasses that I would have to deal with for a whole year, but as soon as I stepped into the vision center, I was given the most amazing customer service! Samantha was such a sweetheart, she helped me and educated me throughout the whole process and even helped me choose my frames. I highly recommend this location!!!

Dr. Lee is always so pleasant and caring to all her patients. You never feel rush and she explains complicated subjects about your eye health in way for you to easily understand. She has been my optometrist for that past 6 years, and I do not see (pun intended) myself going anywhere else anytime soon. She is also on the cutting edge of eye health care. She has a Optomap Retinal Exam that doesn’t require you to dilate your eyes. Since I did this last year as well, she was able to do a comparison to see if any changes to my eye health had changed. Besides being blind as a bat without glasses, I was good to go. If you are serious about your eye care, come into to see Dr. Lee, you won’t regret your decision. You will experience first hand why she is so amazing.

STOP. Do not make an appointment my experience was horrific. Dr. Juan Fernandez saw me for less than 5 minutes, after waiting hours. He did not look at my eye, he looked at me and said “OLD AGE” gave me a coupon to get over the counter drops (that expired 6 months ago. Here comes the “BAIT AND SWITCH “ they give me a follow up appointment ( I really did not care for the place) however, the appointment was with Dr. BERAJA. At last minute I went , they kept calling and changing date and time. Finally I went Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Waiting hours and did the same exam from 2 weeks prior, with one odd change the tech took pictures of my eyes between 10 to 15 ! I asked why? What is the purpose and why ? No answer, I say first time same tests from 2 weeks ago and why the pictures??? No answer. Waited hours again. Finally I get escorted to an empty office and outside of door. Victor BERAJA, Plastic Surgeon. !!! Doctor comes in after waiting, does not introduce himself and says….So, you want surgery on your eyelids? I answer “ I BEG YOUR PARDON???” I start to get up and leave. I had plenty to say but I said nothing, I was being SCAMMED by a Doctor. On my way out I said, your staff should not give coupons that expired six months ago. Not good for your image. I went out speechless.

This is the best eye glass lab I have been to. All the workers are so sweet and helpful. They helped me put my contacts in and were very patient. As well the time you have to wait for your contacts or glasses to be made is always on time. They have always helped me even with my low vision. This place never makes you want to leave. So, if you want to go to a great eye glass lab, what are you waiting for? Go to Philadelphia eye glass lab for the best experience and seeing.

I have to say I was a little nervous about seeing a new doctor but the whole staff made me feel really comfortable. This was just a nice appointment all around

I don't like that you have to wait for someone to call you back for an appointment. And if you miss the call there is no call back number the number is blocked. So you have to call back and go through the whole process again. I like to get an appointment when I call. It is very inconvenient.
