We waited two weeks for the appointment. We then waited THREE HOURS to see Dr. Laroche and he didn't bother showing up. There was no explanation given. We were seen by an optometrist while we were expecting to see a glaucoma specialist. They did not return our $30 copay even though we were not seen by the specialist we needed. Our worst doctor experience ever! You replied in the review that you are off on Saturday. We received multiple voice message and emails confirming the appointment with you on Saturday. Sounds like you are the only one who knows you're off on Saturday. Your practice is a Circus!

This is Golam Sikder. Where does rece came on my rating? You guys sent me a $50 for missing an appointment, that is racism. Can you send a bill like this to any white or black people? No, you sent it to me as because I am brown. Shame on you. I am not going to give you a single penny. I am going to sue you in the court of law for this bill.

I’ve been coming to this office since 2018 and the service has always been great. The doctor and her staff are always delightful and courteous. I have gotten both contact lens and eye glasses exams here and it’s always an easy process. Now, they send your prescription via email so it’s easy to access it whenever you need it or easily upload it to websites if buying contacts or glasses online.

They are amazing here. From the moment you enter up to the moment you leave. They are caring and professional. I would reccomend to anyone with any eye issues or concerns.

Possibly the best vision health office I’ve been to! I’ve worn glasses and contacts for many years and the female provider here is one who ensures optimal service and made me look forward to my next visit. I appreciated my appointment so much that I’ve referred my fiancé and friends here too! The office itself is located in some sort of complex. During my visit during the pandemic, the waiting area was clean and patients spread apart. Wait time was less than 30 minutes for my eye exam. I was able to use their special they had going on which was $40 for a contact lens exam, verses the usual $140 I pay annually. The provider is one I can’t rave enough about. She made the visit personal and discussed my concerns about my eye health since I also have diabetes. They also provide a free trial lens of contact, which always helps. The whole process was an hour long, max. Super efficient, professional, and informative.

What an incredible experience for my family and I!!! Dr. Ellent is truly the best doctor I have ever dealt with- she is knowledgable, kind, patient and super thorough. Go and see her stat to take care of your eyes!

Dr. Rita is amazing. She is patient, caring and listens to all your needs and concerns. My family and I are so lucky to have found her! She will not rush or pressure you into anything. She will thoroughly explain all your options and help you make an informed decision. We ended up going with the ortho-k solution for our son. I highly recommend Dr. Rita!!!!

Dr.Rita has been an amazing eye care doctor for my children. She takes her time to give you excellent care and is extremely kind with all her patients. The office is always clean and comfortable. Her assistant Natalie is super sweet and willing to help in all matters possible.

Really used to be great. Now it's a trial just to get a copy of a prescription. First you request a copy and they say they can only mail it. Two weeks later, when it hasn't arrived, you have to wait on hold for, well, it's been over 20 minutes so far. According to the message you hear over and over, the practice is now called OCLI.

I had an appointment scheduled for today 3/10/2023. No one from this practice ever called to confirm my appointment. Guess they’re doing pretty well financially and don’t need my business. Save your time and go elsewhere.

It was great place , but it’s worst right now . If you have problem , they wants to you should go emergency hospital . They don’t wanna check anything , just making excuses .
